We enjoyed a lovely stay at The Lobster. Staff were extremely helpful . Our room was immaculate and very cosy. Breakfast was plentiful and very delicious. Will definitely come back again.
Great location, staff were really helpful and a fantastic breakfast.
I am aware the hotel is dog friendly, but my son has An allergy to dogs and I believe the room had previously had a dog or dogs staying in it as my son had allergy symptoms and we had to treat with antihistamines. Maybe keep some dog free rooms or specify if the room has had a dog in there. Didn't spoil our stay tho and to be fare I didn't mention his allergy on booking so maybe could be avoided on our future visits.

The window had a bit of a rattle but only discovered it was the window the next morning!
Excellent Location, Great for the High Street and Sea front. The room was clean and well appointed. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Very good breakfast.
The room was somewhat cold even turning the radiator to max made little difference it barely got warm, and the bathroom was really chilly with no radiator or heated towel rail. We found the bed to be on the hard side obviously its just a preference.

No where to put bags if early to check in. Unable to park close so bought our bags from car hoping to store them somewhere but was unable to. So had to walk them back to the car.

All staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. A big shout out to Dylan for arranging an additional night when we decided to stay longer. Nothing was too much trouble.

This is just my opinion 🤷 mattress and pillows were to hard so I didn't get a comfortable night's sleep. However don't let this put you off as this place is a little gem !
