The room was comfortable and was just what I needed.
They did not offer regular room service or towel exchange. I was told the extended stay persons do not receive daily room service, however there was no set time interval at all for when it would be done.
Nothing the staff rips people off . They kept my change on 2 different occasions. Saying they don't have change . Nothing but loud homeless people making noise all night long . I'd give it a 0 if I could .
The room condition was acceptable
For a two week stay, there was no consistency in room service. I had to carry my linens and towels down to exchange.
Additionally, I discovered I had an allergy to the down feathers pillow and blanket that they had provided for the room I notify the office however they made no actions toward changing them out from the benefit of my health ultimately being a veteran with a service-connected disability for asthma I ended up going to the ER the next morning due to having trouble with my breathing I further informed the office upon my return of which they still did nothing to accommodate the allergy. Unfortunately I was not able to depart for another situation stay due to my finances however I will say that I am thoroughly disappointed and disgusted with their lack of care and concern for the health and welfare of one of their obviously faithful patrons
They provided no breakfast or housekeeping
I didn't like, how after 7 days I booked 2 more days and they took my money and made me check out after allowing me to leave to go get the money for the room. And then tried to charge me a late fee of $35 and didn't tell me. So they took upon themselves to take it out of my deposit. So wrong
The room was big clean there restaurant close by and gas station didn't charge for extra key card pet friendly
They kept our deposit just cuz they didn't put 3 pillows only 2 in the room and we kept the room for couple weeks and wen we didn't have the money they want to say we took there flat pellow I brought my own pillows that not our fault there ppl only put 2 and they wouldn't give us our money they were very rude and on top of that they did the same to my friends that rented a room as well

Staff, you did not get stay over service. Property kept my deposit after not once cleaning our room. Had to ask for lien and got blamed for staining lien and was told staff threw them away, but at check out staff contradicted them selves and said the lien we had was the same from beginning. And that they were stained and we couldn’t get our deposit back.

Mina was rude and showed no hospitality. 3-11 shift rude and I don’t see any G6 standards being upheld any staff member. From the GM TO FRONT DESK. They all need to be retained or this motel 6 will eventually lose their flag. Rooms are not cleaned by G6 standards being upheld nor do I see that they are inspected once completed. I found food in the mini fridge, cakes on dirt in restroom, a/c unit dirty. You can tell maintenance checks are not being completed to ensure clean a/c units, door didn’t shut properly, window was broken and called moisture in the room and couldn’t keep temperature in room.

The place is filthy. There are no housekeepers. People who stay long term are responsible for their own housekeeping and have to beg for sheets every week. Furthermore, staff knows that there are several long term guests which includes children. These people are usually charged more than regular guests and treated like criminals. But they also have a pedophile who stays there and helps with “cleaning” so he has access to all of the rooms.
