Очень хороший персонал! Просто супер! Согласовали ранний заезд! Это было очень удобно, так как в городе мы уже были очень рано. Все чисто! Очень понравилось! Место около озера, здесь есть веревечный парк и много мест для прогулок на свежем воздухе! Я в восторге! Цена через booking дешевле, чем на месте))

Tällä kerralla vierailu oli pettymys.
Pros:

Sijainti on hyvä. Rauhallinen ympäristö Pyynikinharjulla.

Cons:

Huone oli opiskelijakämppä. Parveketta ei ollut siivottu ja wc:n roskis tyhjentämättä. Vuoteet eivät olleet hyvät ja tyynyt surkeat.

Pros:

Rauhallinen huone, alue ja maisemat olivat upeat.

Cons:

Kuten yleensäkin kaikissa hotelleissa tyynyt kaipaisivat uusintaa.
Ja jostakin syystä huoneita harvoin saa pimennettyä tarpeeksi.
WC-paperia oli todella vähän ja se olisi loppunut kesken jos en olisi löytänyt yleisestä vessasta toista rullaa.
Olisi myös ollut mukava, jos huoneessa olisi ollut vaikka vedenkeitin ja teepusseja tai vaihtoehtoisesti yhteisissä tiloissa voisi olla juoma-automaatti.
