Было неожиданно замечательно, очень комфортно и удобно! Локация прекрасная, центр, но тихо, поскольку окна гостиницы выходят во двор. Доброжелательный и предупредительный персонал. Ежедневная уборка, смена полотенец, халатов, одноразовых тапочек и даже замена одноразовых зубных щеток. В кафе, расположенном на 1 этаже, вкусные завтраки всегда из свежих продуктов, подаваемых на красивой посуде. Обеды на заказ удивили вкусной казахской кухней, даже познакомились с шеф- поваром и выразили свою благодарность за прекрасно приготовленные блюда. Особая благодарность владельцу кафе Юрию за внимание и доброжелательное отношение к нам.

Хорошее расположение, в пешей доступности ТЦ, кафешки, да и вообще близко Центр города. В принципе, соответствует цена/качество. Персонал отзывчивый, помогли! Кафе при отеле уютная, все было вкусно, спасибо!

Cons:

В номере было прохладно, под одеялом не замёрзли! :) Единственно, что не хватало вешалки для верхней одежды при входе в номер.

Расположение отеля хорошее,даже от вокзала не далеко,номер приличный,душевая нормальная,горячая вода шла хорошо.Завтрак очень вкусный.Как не странно телевизор показывал много каналов,если сравнивать с другими отелями.

Чисто, вежливый персонал.

Cons:

Завтрак можно сделать раньше, хотя бы в 7.30. не совсем понятно с блюдами. Если они есть в меню, то должны быть в наличии
