Amazing stay
Pros:

Great location in the centre of town, across from a shopping centre and near lots of god restaurants. Breakfast included at the hotel cafe was good, and the opening times for breakfast were convenient (and they offered takeaway if you were departing before breakfast start time). Free wifi provided. Room came with complimentary toiletries (shampoo, body wash, toothbrush kit, and hand wash). Laundry service available for reasonable prices. Room was spacious, with air conditioning, tea/coffee making supplies and a small bar fridge. Also, the staff were incredibly helpful, explaining amenities and options, they helped me book a bus ticket to Bishkek online at reception when it wouldn’t work on my phone (and printed out original and English translation of the ticket for me!), and helped me coordinate a taxi.

Cons:

The mattress was incredibly firm, though I understand that’s quite normal across Central Asia.

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, das Personal sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Der Cappuccino ist hervorragend, es gibt auch ein kleines Café/eine Bar. Obwohl es sehr zentral liegt war es leise.

+ В номере было чисто и достаточно просторно
+ Удобный матрас
+ Персонал отеля вежлив и доброжелателен
+ Кондиционер справился с жарой +40, это очень порадовало
+ Завтрак ок

- не ставят бутылочку воды в номере
- в номере не было сейфа, но это не критично

Pros:

Il supermercato nelle vicinanze. Abbastanza pulita la camera.

Cons:

La receptionist dorme su un letto alla reception, cosi per fare check out (alle 7 di mattina) devi svegliarla. Cosi come se arrivi dopo cena , trovi che dorme o è sdraiata. Assurdo.

Pros:

Hotel abbastanza pulito ma molto mal tenuto e vecchio. Ho dovuto litigare per farmi pulire la stanza perché non volevano farlo. Inoltre la stanza era talmente piccola che non si riuscivano neanche ad aprire le valigie. Posizione buona. Di positivo c'è un grande supermercato a pochi metri.

Cons:

Staff maleducato e scortese. Avevo la colazione inclusa nel prezzo e dovendo lasciare la camera presto al mattino ho chiesto la "breakfast box" e non volevano darmela. Solo dopo un litigio ed essermi rivolta all'assistenza clienti booking.com , sono riuscita ad ottenerla. Sconsigliato.

Не плохая локация. Завтрак однообразный, но не плохой

Cons:

Очень маленький ресепшен, прям не развернуться! Узкая лестница на второй этаж по которой не возможно нести чемодан.
В комнате и туалете пахнет сыростью. Полотенца серые.
При заселении не было воды. Предложили купить или идти через дорогу в супермаркет.
