Pros:

Nettes kleines familiäres Hotel, in welchem wir sehr gerne übernachten. Typisch albanisches Frühstück gibt es zum genießen oben auf der Dachterrasse. Individuell, kein Buffet. Finde ich viel gemütlicher. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind immer sehr sauber. Wir freuen uns immer auf den Aufenthalt.

Soggiorno molto piacevole: hotel in ottima posizione, camera grande e pulita.
Pros:

La posizione dell’hotel è ottima, proprio all’inizio del centro, con ristoranti e locali raggiungibili facilmente a piedi.

La colazione è buona e il bar con terrazza è davvero piacevole, soprattutto al mattino per iniziare la giornata.

Anche la camera mi è piaciuta molto: grande, bella e pulita.

Cons:

Al momento del check-in ho chiesto dove si trovasse il parcheggio gratuito indicato dall’hotel, ma purtroppo la ragazza alla reception non parlava inglese e non sono riuscito a capire bene le indicazioni. Ho provato a cercarlo, ma non l’ho trovato.

Nei giorni successivi non ho chiesto nuovamente quando era presente personale che parlava inglese, quindi riconosco che questa parte è stata anche una mia mancanza.

Alla fine sono ripartito senza aver capito se questo parcheggio gratuito dell’hotel esista effettivamente e, nel caso, dove si trovi.

Très bon rapport qualité prix prestation impeccable
Pros:

Un hôtel récent une grande chambre tout est neuf propre soigneux y a rien à redire le petit déjeuner servi en terrasse par un personnel très souriant le plus le parking gratuit à côté . plein centre-ville, proche de toute commodité.

Small, boutique hotel in a great central location.
Pros:

Very central location near a lot of bars and restaurants
Immaculately clean room
Good sized modern bathroom with large shower stall
Extremely comfortable bed
Nice balcony overlooking the street
Welcoming staff
Good but limited breakfast options on the terrace.

Cons:

Room size is quite small and working space very restricted.
The terrace bar is very attractive but on the first night I stayed there the credit card machine was suddenly "out of order" forcing me to pay in local Lek currency of which I had very little. Extremely inconvenient.
I expect the staff just preferred cash which is often the case in Albania.

Pros:

The hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable and spacious , and the service was excellent. It offers outstanding value for money. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Elbasan

למעט הבעיות שהוזכרו היה המלון בסדר גמור

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה ונדיבה.
צוות ארוחת הבוקר היה בסדר גמור
המנהל / בעלים היה מסביר פנים וכשהתעוררה בעיה עליה אדווח בהמשך ניסה למצוא פתרון

Cons:

בפירוט ההזמנה צוין שיש בחדר אמצעים להכנת שתיה חמה ומכונת קפה, בפועל האמצעים אינם קיימים בטענה שהחדר שופץ לאחרונה ולכן האמצעים אינם זמינים -למרות שהנוחות שלנו נפגמה נתן לנו המנהל אופציה ללא תשלום לשתות בחדר האוכל שעל הגג ללא תשלום ואף לקבל שירות חדרים חינם בנושא שתיה. בכל זאת זה היה פחות נוח.

החדרים פנו לרחוב ראשי וסוען שהרעש נמשך עד לקראת חצות והפריע כי החלונות אינם מבודדים ואטומים לרעש
