Location was amazing.
Additional accessories were great
View from room was wonderful
Being able to bring out dogs was awesome

Cons:

Lack of personal touch and care from staff, at times this felt clicky.
Whilst eating breakfast an audit was taking place which felt inappropriate timing and didn’t take into account of our space whilst eating our breakfast

Outstanding in every way
Pros:

Wonderful location, friendly staff, clean comfortable room and yummy food. Cannot fault!

Cons:

Booking.com stated a free bottle of wine or champagne with the room but that wasnt the case, owner has been trying to get that removed from booking.coms website since 2023!!

Very welcoming, room was spotless , lovely bag of toiletries waitimg, top class tea, coffee and hot chocolate products in the room. Super comfortable bed and fantastic breakfast.

It was very please t and had a lovely atmosphere

Cons:

Our mattress had bents in and the breakfast wasn’t very pleasant and no cereals of fresh fruit . The coffee in bags wasn’t very good either

Very good, especially the location.
Pros:

The location is absolutely great and the pub/hotel is very good. The staff were excellent and the food was good.
