The view was very good 👍
The place in run down. The banister leading upstairs to accommodation was dirty. The room was small for the price. The tv remote didn't work. When staff were informed they said it might need batteries but didn't offer any replacements. I stayed during a week day and the room overlooked the beer garden, at night the noise of shrieking guests prevented me from sleeping. I was under the impression that their menu was good but l found the food overpriced and bland. Apparently breakfast was not included and had to pay for it. Staff attitude was to blame the booking agent.

We were hiking the south west coast so we only had a one night stay here. It's always lovely after a long day hiking to arrive somehwere nice, where the host is very welcoming and you feel you can just relax and prepare for the next day's hike. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Misleading location
La.struttura ha delle vibes da guesthouse e una posizione unica sulla costa, le nostre camere erano vista mare e arredate con lo stile tipico della zona. Un Inn, quindi pub, ristorante e camere, accoglienza calorosa. Peccato per le camere un pò polverose, ma nel complesso un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Booking,com stated no pet charges but this is wrong and all pets are charged. Very small breakfast and no cereal
This is a great location next to a wonderful beach. Great rock pooling at low tide, nice walk into Seaton.

The room was a bit hot and the fan didn't really do a lot to cool it.

Dirty areas in the restaurant. Waiting over 1 hour for the olives to arrive for a starter . Meals very expensive especially when you have to wait ages....
