The views at breakfast were stunning looking out over the sea and inland along the coast. The staff were friendly and helpful and worked hard in incredible heat. The Inn has a jovial welcoming vibe and was relaxed in attitude.
The range of breakfast ingredients was patchy, no yogurt for 5 days, no tomatoes on two occasions, no brown bread at all and the marmalade ran out completely until the last two days. Perhaps there are supply problems in a remotish area but the local shop had all these ingredients! Our room was unbearably hot at night and although a fan was supplied we were glad we had taken our own as well.
Very friendly staff, good food, close to beach. Used by locals.
There was often something unavailable. Would gave liked more flexibility in breakfast choice.
Lovely accommodation
The breakfast and location was fine
I booked a superior Double, when they showed us the room I question are you sure this is a superior room, the guy said yes. There was no room for luggage there was no where sit, it's fortunate that me and my wife are not large people you could barely move around the room, I asked to be moved, there were no other rooms available. I mentioned to the young lad who showed us room about noise because England were playing the night, obviously I expected there to be some noise, he told me that the game was on the other side of the pub, the patio doors would be closed. That was complete rubbish the game was going on right below our bedroom window. The game had finished, however that was replaced by loud music at 1.30 in the morning my wife went down to complain, she was told there having a after game celebration.
The location of this accommodation was excellent. We had a room at the front and it was lovely listening to the sea as we went to sleep. The staff were excellent, they were all very friendly and helpful. The room was made up every day which, was to a very high standard. The breakfast was very tasty.
Although we chose to stay here for the location as we are walking the coast path, we decided as we left, that we will definitely return. A big thank you to the staff, you made us feel like one of the locals....Thank You.
Fully recommend this lovely accommodation.
The room was As it can get busy, at the weekends the car park was full. There did seem to be reserved parking for people staying here, but it was all taken. A really petty thing to moan about, as 90% of the time we parked with no issues. But on a weekend it could be a pain if you're trying to unload luggage.
Plus really petty, if they had served Rattler cider on draught, we wouldn't stay anywhere else.
Breakfast
First day was really good
When we arrived we were given a wrong room (no bigger than a double bed). We had paid for a superior room. After complaining we were eventually moved.
Our room was not serviced between the nights we stayed.
Breakfast - Second day poor quality and took a long time to arrive (40 minutes) other guests felt the same.
Both days had cooked breakfast
The location is priceless. Insane views of the ocean and coastline, very polite staff, really great food as well. Lovely place.
We got what seemed to be the only room without a view, but it didn’t bother us, as we got the room very cheap, and the views from the rest of the inn was amazing. So not at all a criticism to the place :)
It was quint and looked out over the sea.
Needs a lick of wood protection a change of decor and the bedrooms that have metal in was all rusty but I guess that is the sea air.
Uriges Hotel direkt am Strand mit Pub .
Junges nettes Personal, Individuell eingerichtetes Zimmer, klein aber niedlich. Gut für 1 Übernachtung.
Alles gut!
It was right on the beach! We loved our room with the ocean view and the sound of the waves crashing.
This is not applicable. It was everything we were looking for.
