We stayed at a variety of hotels during our recent month long trip through South America and Easter Island. The Nayara Hangaroa was without a doubt the best. The rooms were excellent, very comfortable. Great showers(rare in most of the South America hotels). Fantastic food at the hotel. Had a great excursion(Astronomy and grilled fish with local music.). The manager at the hotel was extremely helpful and even came to our aid when our tour company abandoned us and we needed transport to the airport. Can't say too much about this place.
We enjoyed our stay at Nayara Hangaroa. Great staff & food & beverages. Nice pool & rooms. They didn't have a tv in our room but that was ok because we were busy. They help you & provide for sightseeing the Island. Very handy & great tour guides.
You can’t put in a few words about this hotel. Our main comment is the staff. They couldn’t do enough for you. From the front desk to housekeeping. Shout out to our servers, Carlos and Rafael. They were wonderful. Daniella at the spa amazing. And loved talking with Tau Mana about his family history.
Jorge (the GM) and his team provided us with excellent service during our stay. I would also like to commend Vakia (sp?) and Melissa from the management team and Sofia who was our waiter for dinner on multiple evenings. They were all kind and provided excellent service with a smile.
Tip: Add some extra nights to your visit so you can take time to slow down and enjoy the mellow pace of the island.

The hotel is older, but in tip top shape. Grounds are beautiful, well kept. Many birds on the grounds.
The staff is wonderful! Very attentive and very helpful. They make the place warm and wonderful.
Food and beverages are what you expect from a 5 star hotel, and plentiful. We were there for 3 nights and the each meal was different, even the breakfast buffet. Seafood was local and fresh, as well as skillfully prepared.
Nice pool and excursions to see the Moai were offered.

Great property, made us super welcome, loved the breakfast, drinks and dining (awesome food). Sauna a great surprise, great relaxing space. Took a tour, not overpriced but very well organized. Room very comfortable.
The sea view blocked by the marine office. Others had better sea views. But it was ok

This resort advertises itself as a 5 star resort with prices that match. Do not expect to receive anything close to a 5 star level of customer service or attention to detail.
Check-in was handled well and the bed is very comfortable but the level of cleanliness in the room was not at the standard I would expect from a 5 star resort and never go to the restraint or bar hungry or thirsty as you will wait a long time to receive either.
This eco friendly hotel was exceptional! Very comfortable room and first class food with great service. The location is right next to the sea, has a choice of beautiful restaurants, swimming pool, tranquil spa and daily tours in quality vehicles to see everything the island has to offer. Thoroughly recommend this resort for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

This is a great hotel with wonderful staff, excellent à la carte food and great views. The swimming pool and other facilities are very good. Location close to town is a big bonus.
