La estadia en el hotel fue muy maravillosa, destaco la atención y calidez del personal en los restorantes , las comidas de exelente calidad , el bufet del desayuno muy variado.
El Hotel tiene una exelente ubicación , con vista al mar.
Hicierón de nuestras vacaciones una experiencia inolvidable.

La infraestructura es excelente, el restaurante de primer nivel, pero todo esto se debe al tremendo personal que trabaja en el Hotel, con un profesionalismo extraordinario, una atención cordial y cálida.

Excellent hotel and experiences, the hotel offers star gazing, we loved the very local experience with the 2 guides (SI PO) also the tour to visit the moai statues, the cave. And we loved the experience with HAKA' ARA TUPUNA, The couple that was with us were great, they also took pictures. We had a lot of fun with the activities. we dressed up in traditional clothing, overall the NAYARA was awesome, the food, the room and staff.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property. Our experience started months before we arrived on the island when we reached out to the excursion planning team. Maria Cecilia helped us organize a very detailed itinerary that included all of our desired outings. She also suggested other tours that ended up being perfect for us. Importantly we wanted private tours, transfers, and experiences and they delivered. Once we arrived we were warmly welcomed and immediately transferred to the hotel. The room was really unique and you could sense the local touches, including the stunning trees that dominate the interior architecture. We faced a little rain but our guide, Sebastian, was always willing to flex to make sure we maximized our time on the island. He was a perfect fit for our curious and active exploration style. We also loved being so close to town so we could walk around on our own time. Overall it was a tremendous stay made better by the people who worked so hard to make sure we enjoyed our time.

Nayara Hanaroa is as perfect as it can get for anyone who wants a quiet, elegant, eco-friendly stay with world-class hospitality. It is no surprise that it is one of The Leading Hotels of the World. Beautiful rooms, incredible service, great location, and some of the best food and wine I've had anywhere in the world. The guides took me all over the island and I came away with immense gratitude for Chile's Rapa Nui's commitment to preserving its history and ensuring its future through sustainability and strict environmental protocols. It was great fun negotiating with the hens and one very imperious rooster to determine which part of my terrace I was allowed to occupy. I will never forget looking up at the sky...and seeing stars. Lots of stars. For a city girl, it was a wonder. I will ask the staff's forgiveness for not remembering everyone's name but please know I appreciated what each one of you did to make my stay memorable: Jo the bartender who made me the most elegant-looking Boulevardier ever; Lina, Katia, and Leonardo and others who made each meal a joy; Elias who arranged the perfect tours for me; the archaeologist for one of my excursions who showed remarkable grace watching carefully as two exuberant TikTokkers tried to get the perfect picture (and no, this couple was not the typical guest); and finally, the handsome guy (young enough to be my son) in the main restaurant who helped me choose the perfect wines with dinner. A very special shoutout also to the chefs and the kitchen crew. Never in my life have I tasted tuna and tuna ceviche this good. Thank you for your talent and artistry. What a wonderful stay.

We stayed at Nayara Hangaroa as a couple, and it was truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish when you consider how isolated this property is.

The property itself is stunning, with a beautiful pool —perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The entire atmosphere feels peaceful and thoughtfully designed, blending seamlessly with the natural surroundings.

The food was consistently excellent. Every meal felt fresh and well-prepared, and we especially loved the themed dinner nights, which added a fun and cultural element to our stay. It gave us something to look forward to each evening and made dining feel like an experience, not just a meal.

Service across the resort was warm and genuinely friendly. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and taken care of, without ever being intrusive.

Our bungalow was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed—ideal for unwinding after excursions. It felt private and luxurious while still maintaining a connection to the island’s unique character.

The excursions offered were varied and well-organized, allowing us to experience the history, culture, and natural beauty of Easter Island in a meaningful way. There was a great balance of activity and relaxation throughout our stay.

Overall, Nayara Hangaroa delivered a perfect blend of comfort, culture, and hospitality. We would absolutely recommend it to couples looking for a special and memorable getaway.
