Espectacular!!!
Pros:

El personal es de primer nivel, desde el momento que te recogen en el aeropuerto hasta que te dejan para volver. Las comidas fueron exquisitas. Muy buen desayuno, el almuerzo y la cena. Las personas del restaurante son extremadamente amables, destacó a Wally que es el nombre que se nos quedó. Pero las chicas y chicos son muy amables al igual que todos en la recepción y los encargados de los tour.
Durante todas las tardes pasa personal a ver si falta algo ( esto no lo había visto en otro lugar) totalmente preocupados por los huéspedes. Es de primer nivel la atención recibida

Minha experiência no Nayara Hangaroa elevou significativamente meu nível de exigência para minhas próximas viagens. Fiquei hospedada 6 noites, e vivi dias incríveis com uma equipe extremamente atenciosa, cordial, profissional e especializada. Viajei sozinha e optei pelo all inclusive. Foi uma decisão muito acertada. A ilha é maravilhosa, energia incrível. Minha estadia foi perfeita.

Lovely staff autism friendly top location
Pros:

We spent 3 nights as a family in adjacent rooms. All rooms were clean and immaculate, and minibar inclusive. Breakfast and restaurant menu was delicious. Even celebrated a birthday here with a surprise bday cake .Best location in the area with view of the ocean and only 15min walk to town with numerous restaurants. We had a lovely stay with one of our sons with significant autism and learning disabilities and staff were always kind
Highly recommended . Best hotel in the island.

Heavenly
Pros:

We'v been to Hawaii and French Polynesia, but Easter Island is really a special place. The staff at Nayara made it even more so with their warmth and kindness. They bend over backwards to accommodate every request.

Las habitaciones, a pesar de estar en primera línea, no tenían vista (había unas dependencias adelante)

Not a 5 star resort
Pros:

We stayed in June (off season) and we were a little unlucky with some very bad weather but the overall experience is not 5 star in any way. The property is very dated and in serious need of refurbishment. The staff are friendly but nothing was outstanding. Spa staff were good but the products were poor.

Cooking at Nayara Easter Island!
Pros:

We were honored to have a cooking class with Chef Henry. We made ceviche with fresh Yellowfin Tuna and all the ingredients were from the island. Mr. Raphael helped translate and also suggested wine pairings to go with the ceviche.
