This heritage building has been tastefully refurbished and complements the profile of Toodyay.
Pros:

Wasn't expecting to get any breakfast but it was adequate and enjoyable. Thumbs up for the coffee.

Pros:

Central location very convenient as advertised decor was very pleasant the kitchen for guests was very good

Cons:

Stairs were a little steep unfortunately other guests were very noisy imparting until 2 o'clock we will give him the wrong room number to start with but worded out ourselves

Friendly staff, good location, and good off-road parking

I'll skip next time
Pros:

The overall Renovated manor at a regular price for a small group would be reasonable. The rooms were clean enough, again for a regular price and the comfort of the beds was adequate. The library was lovely

Cons:

We had paid more than double for 3 people unaware of an event in town as we had just missed booking a whole 3 bed house for the same price. We were very disappointed at the shared bathroom facilities , especially as my adult daughter was scared silly from having a man yelling and banging loudly at her toilet door late that night despite saying" I'm in here" we were tempted to leave and drive home to Perth but decided not to completely waste our money and stick it out. We left early the next day completely exhausted and hungry as the basic facilities in the fridge were completely gone leaving us hungry and without even milk. We were also awoken from some other guests at 4 am talking loudly,drinking and listening to music. Couldn't wait to get home
