We choose the hotel/motel for location. A lovely outlook but the rooms need a good clean.

Clean room and okay for a one night stay.
Pros:

I was looking for accommodation close to a restaurant so that there was no need to drive so this was perfect.

Cons:

I was not advised of any free WIFI so not sure whether it was available. Would have been handy to have had the details in the room as I didn't wish to hunt the wifi code down after a long drive.
While the room was convenient, it could definitely do some some TLC and upgrading. The rate was a little pricey for the room.

All good bit old and dated, music from pub was a bit loud but over early in night, was cheap and bed was comfortable so I was happy with it

I won’t stay there again
Pros:

The location, the view of the river and the late check out

Cons:

I opened the top draw and the handle came off in my hand, the kettle so big it wouldn’t fit under the tap and the room held no brochures or info on Grafton. I didn’t think the cost was comparable to the facilities
