Good place to stay
Pros:

Close to everything in Mandurah town.

Cons:

The heater was very very slow to work, although it did work, it took a couple of hours to warm up a small room and was quite noisy.

Didn’t get much sleep with that fridge firing up

Lots of parking close by plus a lift

Cons:

Due to the room being quite small it was quite stuffy so had to open a window for air , the property has a tin roof so there was a lot of noise all night from the heavy rain . The fridge in the room is noisy , the kettle needs a good cleaning it was very stained , pop a piece of lemon in once a week cleans it . Sheets and pillow case very clean but quilt cover had yellowed when I turned it and there was tomato stains of some description !

Good value for money and terrific location
Pros:

Smallest room but suited us. Very comfortable bed. Ensuite excellent.

Cons:

Bedside lamp on both sides would be appreciated.
Air conditioning and fridge a bit noisy during night.

Ok for 1 night
Pros:

Great location

Cons:

Pillows were hard, should've had softer ones as a choice.
Towels had stains on them. Couldn't open window or open blind because you could see straight into opposite rooms.
