Great, Clean, Kind serice, Valve you for money
Pros:

Clean, close to the beach, close to pubs and restaurants, land lord was nice, well priced, very happy with stay ill be back for sure.

Cons:

If i had to nit pick just the TV not having screen sharing so i could watch netflix but really it was good i was happy

The room had great attention to detail with everything one might require for a short stay. It was central to great shops, cafes.

Cons:

The entrance to the building was not clearly lit but I will use this facility again for the great prices.

Great location, tidy, comfy.

Cons:

Could be slightly better signposted as the instructions weren’t clear when booking on how to actually check in but once the staff member realised I was there, he was helpful and efficient in getting me checked in!

Cheap but we won’t be back

We chose the largest room, so comfortable enough space

Cons:

Unconventional check in process depends on the guy hearing your call?
Dated equipment including a very inefficient a/c, a grand total of three lights(bedside, ceiling and bathroom) and a disconnected smoke detector.
Very noisy fridge.

Convinient location could do with improving.

The bed was like a banana ,concave in the middle, the fridge and aircon were very noisy and had to be switched off or you could not sleep and there were stains on the towels and sheets.

Small room as expected but the water issue means we will not be staying here again.
Pros:

No hot water for a shower, host indicated that hot water would take to 3 - 4 minutes to come up to heat, we run the water for over 10 minutes and was lukewarm to say the least, not hot enough for a shower. Tried again in the morning and still the same. Notice on bathroom wall said 2 - 3 minutes. No hot water to shower is not acceptable.

Cons:

larger cups or mugs would have been appreciated

Barely adequate, owner was tired and grumpy. Hot water takes 16 mins to come through
Pros:

Coffee bags were a nice touch and pleasant surprise. Could open the windows which i liked very much.

Cons:

No microwave, the owner was rude when checking in, he was obviously jaded and annoyed before we even met. There was no iron as promised, no extra pillows as promised, the hot water took 16 mins of running the tap to come through. (2nd day timed how long the hot water took because the 1st time seemed to take a very long time.) Theres a misleading sign up in the bathroom saying the hot water takes 2 or 3 mins. Big difference between 3 mins and 16 mins

No microwave. No facecloths. No water other than tap. The view - looked straight into other peoples houses.
Couldn't enter premises via stairs, had to use elevator. One of the elevator buttons doesn't work but it looks like it does so it can seem like the lift is stuck.

The owner was not welcoming and made inappropriate jokes about me to my friend during most of the process of checking in. He insisted on looking over my shoulder while i was transferring the money to his account when though i asked for some privacy (passwords, account balances etc are personal and there no need for him to see these things yet he insisted) thought it was a bit over priced for what was offered and felt the advertising wasn't accurate. Very basic facilities for 150 AUD per night
