Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The actual conditions were far from what I expected.
I chose this hotel based on reviews on Booking.com, but it seems that the rating may have been artificially inflated. The hotel had an 8.0 rating, but in reality, it barely deserves a five.
The room was in unacceptable condition. The windows were very dirty, and the view was of a construction site. The curtains appeared never to have been changed — thick and darkened, letting almost no daylight in. The bed linen was damp and had a musty smell. The bathroom exhaust did not work, and the room constantly felt damp. It seemed that cleaning was either extremely superficial or not done at all.
Breakfast in the restaurant was equally disappointing. The ceiling air conditioner was covered in dust and clearly had not been maintained. The food quality was low, and hygiene standards were concerning: we witnessed a cook drop a spoon, pick it up, and place it back with the communal utensils used by staff and guests.
Given the level of service and the condition of the rooms, the price of the stay is completely unjustified. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Overall, my stay was good and pleasant. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, and the location is very convenient. All the staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful, making us feel warmly welcomed from the beginning.

However, I was not fully satisfied with the room condition, as the rooms look old and need renovation and updates. Improving the rooms would greatly enhance comfort and the overall guest experience.

Apart from the room, everything else was excellent. I would especially like to thank Ms. Moe for her outstanding service. She was very patient, professional, and kind, always explaining everything clearly and welcoming us with a warm smile. Her support truly made our stay more comfortable.

The breakfast was good and tasty, but adding more variety would make it even better.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I hope to see improvements in the rooms in the future.
