Perfect location and hotel for Berat, absolutely lovely and convenient to everything.
Pros:

My husband & I stayed @ the hotel and dinned at the restaurant 1 night for dinner. The hotel room was absolutely lovely. Beautiful views and the room was a generous size and the updated bathroom was wonderful. Service was friendly & outstanding. We didn’t love the dinner but breakfast made up for it. This hotel is in a perfect location.

Die Lage des Hotels war wirklich hervorragend! Man hatte eine wunderschöne Aussicht über ganz Berat. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns sogar mit dem Gepäck geholfen. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und die Betten waren ausgesprochen bequem. Das Frühstück war lecker, reichhaltig und die Portionen waren gross.

Cons:

Im Badezimmer war ein leichter unangenehmer Geruch wahrnehmbar und es gab keine Handseife. Beim Frühstück hätten wir uns ausserdem eine etwas grössere Kaffeeauswahl gewünscht (beispielsweise Cappuccino). Der Kaffee musste selbst an der Kaffeemaschine zubereitet werden und hat uns geschmacklich leider nicht besonders überzeugt.

Great location, friendly staff and a lovely room
Pros:

The hotel is very well located, and having parking available was a real advantage in Berat. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated, comfortable and had a pleasant atmosphere.

Cons:

The room and bathroom were quite small. There was also no suitable surface or luggage rack for opening suitcases, so we had to use the floor. It would be a nice improvement to provide a luggage stand or another suitable support for guests to open and organise their luggage more comfortably.

Will stay here if I come back.
Pros:

The property was in the perfect location! Steps away from everything. The staff was so nice and helpful, they helped us carry our bags upstairs and into the rooms and also downstairs to the car. They blocked off a parking spot for us so we did not have to park far at all. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The AC in the room worked great and the room was very clean. The restaurant had the perfect view.

Beautiful Berat
Pros:

The room design, the view from the window, the hotel restaurant.

Cons:

Something to notice before booking a room , lots and lots of stairs to get to your room, if someone has certain difficulties, maybe arrange help with your luggage with the hotel.

Pros:

The staff was amazing! They were so helpful! The location was perfect! Could walk to everything we needed. The room was very clean and comfortable. The complementary breakfast was sooooo delicious!

Cons:

There are many stairs to get to the room but the staff was helpful and brought our luggage up stairs.
