Pros:

El hotel era bonito y el personal amable.
La ubicación era bastante buena, nos gustó que estuviera antes de entrar al casco antiguo porque íbamos en coche. Además, las vistas eran muy bonitas.
El desayuno muy completo y rico.

Cons:

Entendiendo que era un edificio histórico y que las ventanas y la fachada eran originales, había mucho ruido. El problema no era que hubiera mucho ruido por la calle, sino que estaban haciendo reformas y nos despertaron muy temprano. Quizás si tienes huéspedes no es el momento.
La habitación es muy pequeña y el baño más, pero se quedaba fría con facilidad y era complicado sacar la humedad.
Para llegar a la habitación había que subir varios tramos de escaleras empinadas, no es algo negativo, pero sí a tener en cuenta.

We really recommend it!
Pros:

This hotel was quite nice about our short trip to Berat City.The staff was absolutely amazing.We really liked the breakfast,excellent location and a spectacular view from the window of our room.

Cons:

We aren’t satisfied enough with the facilities,the AC didn’t work as well and the shower was running cold during the time we tried to use it.

Pros:

Καλό σημείο για να μένεις, με θέα στο ποτάμι. Είχε ωραίο και πλούσιο πρωινό.

Cons:

Λόγω των παλιών παραθύρων που προστατεύονται από την Unesco δεν έχει καλή μόνωση και αν δεν έβαζα το air condition στο φουλ είχε παγωνία.

Perfect stay. I was alone at the hotel but the service was exceptional. Breakfast amazing and the room warm and cosy. walking distance of everything. Highly recommended.

Oasis of calm in Berat
Pros:

A stunning and traditional oasis in a beautiful town! The staff were so friendly and helpful and the room was modern while retaining details of the traditional architecture. The location is amazing and the food served in the restaurant was exquisite! I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Berat
