Nicht empfehlenswert
Pros:

Parkplatz vor der Tür und die Nähe zum Strand.

Cons:

Leider riecht es im Zimmer und vor allem im Bad sehr extrem nach Abfluss. Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig und man hört die ganze Nacht die Straße nebenan. Ist alles in die Jahre gekommen und dadurch die Klimaanlage, Dusche und der Wasserbeuler und anderes verrostet und sieht einfach unhygienisch aus. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort und ich würde es auch dafür nicht weiterempfehlen. Das Treppenhaus ist ab dem zweiten Stock (Hotelzimmer nur im 1. Stock) nichtmehr wirklich vorhanden bzw. ohne Fenster und nicht renoviert und führt ins nichts.

Soluzione ok ma per brevissimi soggiorni
Pros:

La struttura è vicinissima al mare, in una zona tranquilla con un grande parcheggio auto custodito. Host gentile ci ha offerto ogni giorno il caffè e dell acqua. Ottimo l’uso comune di cucina e lavanderia

Mia moglie non ha per niente apprezzato la struttura, ma la vicinanza al mare lo ha fatto scordare
Pros:

Posizione eccezionale vicinissima alla spiaggia dove trovavi sia spiaggia libera che lidi.
Gestori molto disponibili e gentilissimi, ottimo parcheggio, peccato che la struttura non sia molto curata, la cucina in comune presentava un fornellino elettrico mentre la cucina a gas a parte che non era funzionante si presentata in condizioni davvero poco igieniche.
Una sola presa di corrente in tutta la stanza, quella del bagno rotta.
Aria condizionata funzionante, ma vetusta e rumorosa.

Cons:

Il posto offre tantissimo perchè vicinissimo al mare, dovrebbe essere ristrutturato
Il condizionatore andrebbe sicuramente cambiato.
In cucina dei due frigoriferi, il più grande non era funzionante.

Es entsprach unseren Erwartungen und wir waren zufrieden
Pros:

Das Personal war wahnsinnig hilfsbereit und liebenswert. Sie waren immer da und haben best möglich geholfen. Es war sehr sauber, man war immer bemüht den Aufenthalt noch zu verbessern. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr höflich und nett. Die Lage hat für uns super gepasst.

Cons:

Die Dusche und der duschvorhang. In einem Zimmer hat man leider diausgeräzsche sehr gehört

Entspricht nicht den Bewertungen, sehr alt und nicht komfortabel
Pros:

Das Personal und die Lage am Strand

Cons:

Die Lautstärke der Autobahn direkt nebenan, der Zustand des Bades. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer war richtig ekelig. Wir haben nichts ausgepackt und nur geschlafen und sind direkt am nächsten Tag weiter gefahren. Ich kann die guten Bewertungen nicht verstehen.

Blizina plaže, besplatan parking, ljubazni domaćini, sjajno gostoprimstvo! Tu su za sve, izuzetna briga o svakom gostu.

Cons:

Apartman je malo stariji, ali je čist. Svakako, odgovara ceni.
