Pros:

Good hotel with great staff and a really nice restaurant. Excellent breakfast. Superb views over the city. Obviously very good value for money, but for a reason.

Cons:

They are currently rebuilding the hotel (not the restaurant) and despite their best efforts, some things are not quite as good as they should be. No doubt in a few months it will be fantastic when finished. Quite probably the price will then go up.

Moja draga Tuzla, i moj dragi hotel Tuzla u njoj
Pros:

Uvijek se rado vraćam u hotel Tuzla, i moram pohvaliti osoblje što je postupilo po svim prethodnim primjedbama koje sam pisala u okviru recenzija na ovoj stranici. U hotelu je predivno, osoblje je susretljivo, uvijek dobijete fiskalni račun i fakturu, u cijenu je uključen doručak u predivnoj Gradskoj kafani, parking je zaštićen i plaćen, a lokacija je centralna da ne može biti bolja! Moram posebno pohvaliti osoblje zbog ponude da umjesto doručka daju lunch-paket za sehur za postače, to me zaista raznježilo. Uglavnom, kada dođete u ovaj hotel osjećate se kao da ste u nekom filmu u kome se prikazuju prestižni hoteli i uvijek se nadam da će tako ostati. Jedva čekam da se napravi nova garaža (radovi su uveliko već u toku) što će sigurno mnogo povećati nivo profesionalnosti usluge (iako ni sada nema nikakvih problema, jer ima privatni parking iza hotela)!

Sve u svemu za ulozeno odlican smjestaj.
Pros:

Dobra lokacija cisto uredno

Cons:

Prilazi hotelu su blokirani nesto rade betoniraju tako da je oko hotela neuredno. Konobarima u restoranu kao i u vecini objekata u BiH fali malo osmjeha.

Iskreno drugi put ne bih uzela taj hotel
Pros:

Hotel je ogroman na dobroj lokacijii ali treba da se uredi ,do centra korzo treba 10‘pjeske u blizini je schoping merkator.

Cons:

Namjestaj u sobama je star ,krevet neudoban madrace tanke.
Liftovi ne rade uvjek imate strah da nece se vrata otvorit, pozoves lift al se vrata ne otvaraju ili su otvornena i onda nece da se zatvore!
U sobama nema telefona , nema jednokratnih papuca nema frizder nema pica unutra.
Sobe smrde na stari namjestaj tepisi prljavi.
Dorucak u rangu sa 1* hotela
Na Booking je 4 zvjezdice ustvari su samo 3 official
Radnica u Snack bar je arogantna
Kad odes u 7.00h na dorucak kako stoji da je od tog vremena , oni nisu nista pripremili moras da cekas
To nije po meni u redu ocekujem ako stoji da je od 7.00 h da je vec spremno i da mogu da se posluzim a ne da cekam!
