Komfortabelt, men litt datert hotell i Tuzla
Pros:

Gjesterommet var stort og komfortabelt. Renholdet og vedlikeholdet fremsto som bra. Det var gangavstand fra hotellet til sentrum av Tuzla.

Cons:

Personalet fremsto som lite serviceinnstilte og jeg savnet mer entusiasme og engasjement. Det var en del byggearbeider i og rundt hotellet. Hotellet fremsto litt datert.

Усмихнат персонал! Чисти, подредени стаи и помещения. Богата закуска. Безплатен паркинг. Добра локация на хотела. Ще го посетим отново!

Cons:

Smelly room. Supposed to be non smoking hotel room had huge stench of cigarettes, we reported this to the front desk. They stated - nothing we can do. We have no rooms, no offer of room being cleaned or compensation. Bought Twix bar at the reception - they sold me rock hard - un edible - i check the expire date and it expired in Jan 2026. Room carpet’s disgusting dirty full of stains. Unacceptable and definitely not a pleased stay.
