Super, za svaku preporuku.
Pros:

Doručak odličan, raznovrsno. Lokacija hotela super. Osoblje izvrsno.

Cons:

Wifi ne radi dobro, kad su svatovi dole u sali onda je preopterećenje.

Okay hotel overall

Cons:

Pretty much most of it. First of all the staff was not as expected in big hotel like that, they were barely looking at us when speaking. Also so keen about checking out at 11:00 okay we all know that in most hotels but sometimes things happen, there wasn’t understanding anyway.
No card payments.
Breakfast was so basic. When we asked about the meat they weren’t even sure although there were 6 guys standing in the kitchen.
The AC was so old that you couldn’t even control the temperature. Bathroom smelled canals.
Dinner closed at 22 and there wasn’t even compensation

Pros:

I really enjoyed hospitality of the staff, location was not too bad and i enjoyed everyday room cleaning without asking. I enjoyed really much bathtub in single room ;)

Cons:

Hotes is under construction ther is some moderate noise also i haven't located breakfast. Staff didn't tell me about it, i had also to locate my room by myself but its not that deep.

Pros:

Lokacija top. Osoblje susretljivo i ljubazno. Čisto. Uvijek se rado vracam Tuzli i ovom hotelu.

Samo lokacija je bila super sve ostalo jako lose i ne profesionalno

Cons:

U sobi nismo imali ispravnu klimu bilo je 27 stepeni
Mala beba nam se budila svako malo zbog vrucine
Zvali smo recepciju i cekali da se popravi satima ali uzaludno cak nam ni druga soba nije bila ponudjena
Radnica na recepciji neljubazna neporfesionalna
Na pocetku razgovor s njom jebitgoedao kao da joj ide na zivce sve sto ja govorim gdje nije pronalazila nikakvu alternativu vec samo da me se rijesi
A kad je dosla menadjerica onda je bila woow ona bi sa dmeni pomogla sama problem rijesila
Mislim sve je bilo tako smijesno koda sam sudjelovala u nekom kazalistu
