Le Rêve Boutique Hotel

Schlechteste Lage im Ort, ausschließlich von Baustellen umgeben. Es liegt überall Müll herum und das Personal ist in keiner Weise kooperativ. Zum Abstieg in Richtung Strand braucht man bestenfalls eine Ausrüstung für Bergsteiger.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. We booked and paid for a sea view room, but upon arrival, we were told our room had been given to "someone else" and we were downgraded to a mountain view room. We then overheard the receptionist speaking in Albanian to her manager, confirming that our original room was given to a personal friend of the reservations manager.

To make matters worse, the hotel's handling of the situation and the actual stay were incredibly disappointing:

- No fair compensation: The hotel flatly refused to refund any part of our stay beyond the bare minimum price difference between the two room types.
- Terrible room conditions: Our downgraded "mountain view" room actually overlooked an active, noisy construction site. The air conditioning unit was faulty, making a loud, disruptive noise all night. The bathroom was poorly ventilated and moldy.
- Bad location and access: The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, accessible only by rough dirt roads with steep 30% inclines.
- Poor value: The breakfast was incredibly basic and cheap, which is unacceptable given the high room rates they charge.
- Unprofessional staff: The receptionist was sarcastic, highly unprofessional, and barely spoke English, making communication almost impossible.

This hotel does not respect confirmed bookings or its paying customers. Save your money and book somewhere where your reservation will actually be honored.

You’ll need a car to easily reach the main boulevard, where you’ll find most of the bars and restaurants. We didn’t mind walking, but the road back to the hotel is quite steep and uphill and lots of cars passingby.

Die Lage war etwas oberhalb im Ort. Zu Fuß ist die Promenade in ca. 15-20 min zu erreichen. Der Rückweg ist etwas anstrengend 😉

Kleine mankementen aan de kamer, licht deed het ook soms niet. Locatie niet top, maar hier kan je rekening mee houden tijdens het boeken.

Het hotel is niet goed gelegen. Het ligt tussen bouwwerken en de afwerking van het hotel kan beter. De afstand naar het strand is ver en je moet een stevige klim doen om er te geraken.

We vroegen tips aan het hotelpersoneel voor activiteiten om te doen, maar die kregen we niet…

Er hing een vieze geur in de badkamer van de afvoer.

Os quartos, apesar de modernos, tinham pequenas falhas. É preciso ter cuidado com a água do chuveiro, pois acabava por passar para o resto do chão da casa de banho e alguns acabamentos já estão danificados, mas nada que tenha influenciado a estadia, correu tudo bem e sempre que precisamos de algo, foi resolvido!
