Pros:

Eine super liebe ältere Frau, die alles versucht hat, mir einen schönen Aufenthalt trotz Verständigungsproblemen zu ermöglichen. Sie brachte am nächsten Morgen das Frühstück auch direkt ans Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sehr einfach, jedoch vollkommen ausreichend!

Simply excellent experience
Pros:

The team here were super helpful. Especially as we don't speak Albanian!
We needed restaurant recommendations and help with a couple of practical issues.

They couldn't have been more helpful, warm and welcoming.

Next time I'm there, this is my hotel of choice.

Pros:

La dame qui nous a accueillis et qui faisait les petits dejeuners etaient adorables, vraiment tres gentille et les petits dejeuners etaient fabuleux! Hotel tres bien placé pour visiter le canyon de l osum. Posibilite de parler avec une amie de cette dame en anglais en cas de probleme donc tres pratique. Superette juste a cote de l hotel, hyper pratique !!

Very clean, central place, ok rooms and it is managed by old lady, what runs this hotel and small shop downstairs.

Cons:

Old lady doesn't speak english, but her grand-kid helps with it.

Pros:

The rooms, the staff, and location for our Osumi Canyon tubing experience was very nice. We thought the breakfast service was an added sweet touch! The little village itself was right there. River running through the back. Very cool. I’d definitely stay there again!

Pros:

The hotel is in the center and not on the top of the city! So it was really easy to access😊 3 mins from the bus stop.
Also it's better than pictures and clean! We really liked the room☺ it was a bit cold in the evening, but there was a heater.
The lady doesn't speak English, but she called her daughter who explained us everything! Also she helped us to find the right bus and the timetable 🙏
Breakfast was good and more than enough 😋 just would be great to have hot drinks in the morning! But there is a coffee shop right on the corner (with great traditional ice cream😍)
I can recommend this place❤
P. S. The shower has no doors or curtains, so it's wet, but it's almost everywhere in Albania, Balkan and Turkey as we noticed 😄

Pros:

Friendly services and great breakfast brought to the room. Hotel owner lady does all works alone what we found incredible. She doesn't speak English but she called daughter and she helped us out. Warmly recommended!

Pros:

The owners are very nice and the breakfast, that was delivered to our room, was very good. We loved listening to the river right behind our window. There was also a parking reserved for the guests, right in front of the hotel.
