Great location with easy access to everything.

Felt like staying at a family house!
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located, right by the main city center. We arrived by car and the owner very kindly took the car and parked it himself (we payed a small parking fee upon checking out). Amazing traditional breakfast, everything super fresh and made on the spot. We felt like we were staying at the family house of the owners. I recommend this hotel!

LOCATION and great customer care.
Pros:

The location and on site team were great. On arrival they helped upload the car and drove it to the parking lot on our behalf. Hotel is very well maintianed and cleaned. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

Rooms were a little dated. But we would go back in a second.

Pleasant stay, but not perfect
Pros:

The hotel is in an excellent central location, within easy walking distance of Berat’s main sights, restaurants and shops. The breakfast was delicious, with a good selection and it was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.

Cons:

The rooms are reached by climbing three flights of stairs, which can be difficult with luggage. The €10 laundry service was poor value because it included only three short washes, with no drying, ironing or folding provided.

+The location was very central and you can see the old and new sides of town on foot.
+The breakfast was nice and, in part, cooked for you on the spot.
+Clean.
+Nice and helpful owners albeit the lady's limited language skill caused some confusion as we (me and a friend) were at first being placed in the same room, although we both had reserved our own and announced that at the beginning.

Cons:

-Spotty WiFi, at least in my room.
-The lady was a bit too, lets say, indecisive. When rooms were offered, she offered me one room and I accepted it. She proceeded to offer another room on another floor right after that, then went back and forth a little. Took a while. Same thing with the breakfast. She asked what time do we want it. We suggested a time and she went "Or...?" and we had to confirm the time a few times before it "went through". Not a major minus, just a sidenote, really.
-It can get very loud right outside in the evening/early night as people seemed to come and party on that stretch of street. In this case, right under my window.
