Mucha paz y buen servicio frente a una playa paradisiaca.

Des donnés sur les activités, les sévices !
Une meilleure coordination avec le bar !
Ne pas demander un supplément pour un second café au petit déjeuner : c’est ridicule, faites le payer 2-3€ plus cher ;😉
Je suis certain que quelques détails feraient de cet hôtel un incontournable et que les prix pourraient être majorés.
Les personnes qui veulent un vrai confort sont prêtes à payer pour un service

Cher pour des prestations non utilisables. Ensemble du site en travaux, des constructions partout.
Pros:

Chambre vue mer splendide, lit confortable équipement moderne mais pas d’eau chaude le matin pour se laver

Cons:

Hôtel en travaux, accès difficile, passage sur une petite passerelle au milieu d’un chemin boueux autour des ouvriers avec nos valises. Pas d’eau chaude le matin, piscine vide non fonctionnelle. Petit déjeuner servi à table copieux, mais pas de miel, pas de jus de fruit, croissant rassis.

Top modernes Zimmer mit allem Komfort und hervorragenden Betten. Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück à la carte, da diese Saison Buffet noch nicht geöffnet war.

Lovely property but abysmal service standards
Pros:

Fabulous sea front location. Lovely comfortable large room but we did pay for a sea view which is pricy for where we are. Reception staff were lovely.

Cons:

Pretty well everything else was poor. Housekeeping no idea, breakfast terrible. For goodness sake get your staff in the breakfast area to get off their bloody mobile phones and engage with paying customers. 5 star hotel - really? Service standards some of the worst I’ve seen anywhere in the world across 100 countries! Restaurant very poor choice of food and very expensive compared to elsewhere in the area. As for the area. Awful place. Scruffy, litter strewn, complete construction site everywhere. Hotel itself inaccessible due to road being dug up. This country will do a Spain in the 1980’s and kill the golden goose. How to turn a beautiful setting into a disaster.

We really loved the warm hospitality and friendly staff, especially Busra, who made our stay extra special. The room view was absolutely amazing and very relaxing. The birthday decorations, bouquet, cards, and dinner arrangements were beautifully done and made our celebration unforgettable. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and had a wonderful atmosphere. Overall, everything about the stay felt special and memorable.

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing that we didn’t like. Everything was very well managed, and the staff made our stay comfortable and memorable. If anything, we only wish we could have stayed longer.

Pros:

Das Personal war unfassbar nett und zuvorkommend. Alles war machbar. Wir hatten ein Upgrade und haben das Appartement genossen. Tolles Bad, schönes Schlafzimmer mit gutem Bett. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Und am Strand hat man uns die Liegen mit Badetüchern ausgestattet. Das Auto wurde geparkt. Alles perfekt. Danke an alle, die sich so toll um uns gekümmert haben.

Séjour vraiment magnifique
Pros:

Le personnel : de la réceptionniste, le porteur de bagages, les femmes de chambre, le serveur du restaurant, le directeur de l'hôtel. Tous très attentionnés, toujours un petit mot pour savoir si tout se passe bien. Nous étions avec notre bébé de 8 mois. La chambre : la vue mer exceptionnelle, dormir avec le bruit des vagues c'est vraiment apaisant.Lit parapluie dans la chambre. Tout était propre et confortable. La vitre de la salle de bain++++
Nous avons déjeuné au restaurant, le serveur était de bon conseil, nourriture du restaurant était vraiment bonne ainsi que le petit déjeuner. Nous regrettons d'être restés qu'une nuit.

Pros:

The location is fantastic , one of the best beaches of Dhermi , the hotel is modern, nice design and very comfortable. The service is good , can still improve anyway .

Cons:

The value of the property for the price is high comparing to what is offered. Missing toiletries . In the bathroom you can only find toothbrushes set and shaving kit . Breakfast also can get better , adding more variety .
