Très bien situé, la chambre était grande et avait un petit balcon

Exeptional service! From the moment of check in until the last minutes. Administrator took care organizing among other things the taxis day and night for us and our family. We felt safe and taken care of. Even booked additional night instead of going to Tirana. Service of a 5 star hotel. Bonus: weather was hot, ac was good!
Olken from the morning reception! Olken and Olken again! Olken is the epitome of hospitality. I have stayed in luxury hotels around the world and the experience that Olken has provided our family with in terms of attentiveness to every detail was nothing short of perfection. Also Mario, Dario and Linda “Lindetta” were exceptional. The staff literally made us feel like family and we are staying at our favourite Aunties place.
The rooms were exceptional each one uniquely designed as a palace experience.
The breakfast was so good, it didn’t have insane variety but damn it was good, filling and simple with the perfect full belly experience ahead of long beach days! :)
We had a hiccup with a local shop, only to find the hotel owner, an exceptionally classy lady coming herself to our rescue.

No parking if you have a car but there’s plenty of parking spots in the neighbourhood, so it really a con or affects anything? NO

Lovely little hotel in the heart of Durres. Beautifully furnished and decorated room (very spacious) and super comfy bed. Delicious breakfast too. Really, the best part of our stay was the amazing customer service from the team. We received a message as we were driving to Durres from Tirana airport that the main road that the hotel is on was closed for the evening (it's made into a pedestrian zone in the summer), and that one of the team would meet us on arrival and guide us to the free parking which was so helpful. When we left the next morning we were presented with a small bottle of Raki as a gift, which was so generous and kind.
