Pros:

Hotel très sympa, très bien situé dans la vielle ville, juste à l'écart de l'agitation mais proche de tout. Dans la chambre, déco traditionnelle et très jolie salle de bain. Les proprios sont très sympas. Petit-déjeuner sucré salé copieux. Je recommande vivement.

Relax, trato familiar, ideal para visitar la zona.
Pros:

Ideal para visitar el casco antiguo. Habitación muy amplia y cómoda. Personal muy amable. Nos recibieron con bebidas frescas, nos trataron genial, indicaciones para visitar alrededores. Desayuno muy bueno en terraza con vistas. Parking. Muy recomendable.

J’adore l’emplacement, c’est super pratique : le bazar et le château sont juste à côté, et on fait tout à pied.
En revanche, j’ai été un peu déçu par la chambre familiale. J’avais réservé pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants en pensant qu’il y aurait de vrais lits pour eux… mais en réalité, c’étaient juste des banquettes avec des matelas posés dessus, et franchement, c’était pas top. On a dû insister pour qu’ils trouvent une solution.
Autre truc un peu embêtant : la clim, elle est seulement dans la petite chambre. Du coup, pour rafraîchir la chambre principale, il faut laisser la porte ouverte… pas super pratique.
Et le petit-déj, bof. Le "jus d’orange" avait à peine un goût, et il était clairement artificiel. Le pain avait l’air d’être de la veille… bon, ok, mais au moins, on pourrait le griller ?
Bref, l’emplacement est un vrai plus, mais il y a quelques détails à revoir pour que ce soit vraiment confortable.

Beautiful, family run hotel. Wonderful hosts, who recommended a wonderful hotel for dinner and booked the taxi for us. Nice breakfast, lovely traditional hotel which the children loved. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Hotel Boutique Musée exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by this lovely family-run hotel.

The room was absolutely beautiful: spacious, spotlessly clean, and decorated in a colorful, traditional style that perfectly reflected the charm of Gjirokastër. Every detail had been thoughtfully chosen, creating a warm, cozy atmosphere while still providing all the modern comforts we needed.

The owners and their family were incredibly friendly, attentive, and patient. Their hospitality made us feel more like guests in their home than customers. Their son was also helping at the hotel, which added to the warm, family atmosphere. We especially appreciated the owner's generosity in offering us homemade raki to try: a lovely local touch that made our stay even more memorable.

Breakfast was outstanding. We enjoyed delicious traditional petulla, homemade jams, fresh juices, excellent coffee and fresh fruit.

The location is excellent for exploring Gjirokastër, and everything about our stay was simply fantastic.

If we ever return to Gjirokastër, we won't even consider staying anywhere else. Hotel Boutique Musée will definitely be our first choice. Highly recommended!

Un alojamiento con encanto en el corazón de Gjirokastër
Pros:

El hotel está ubicado en el centro histórico de Gjirokaster, a poco minutos del bazar.
El hotel representa una antigua casa otomana. Nosotros estuvimos en la suite, que es espectacular, decorada con mucho gusto y tenía mil y un detalle. Además estaba muy limpia.
Fue nuestro refugio durante las horas de más calor.
Los dueños son muy cercanos y amables.
El desayuno es espectacular: huevos, fruta, dulces típicos,… y el café buenísimo.

An amazingly beautiful hotel!!!
Pros:

It is the most beautiful hotel I have ever been (and we travel a lot)! All the details are made with so kuch love and passion! My children screamed excited when they saw the room! The host and all his family was extremely friendly-lots of information about the neighborhood and the history of Albania was provided! The view from the restaurant where we had breakfast was breathtaking and the food very tasty! Fresh and delicious! The host also made mountain tea and coffee for us as a complement! We will definitely come back! Thank you!
