Con alcune accortezze segnalate in precedenza, buon posto dove soggiornare per visitare Berat e dintorni.
Pros:

Struttura Molto pulita.

Giardino curato e spazio con tavolini dove si fa la colazione e dove ci si può rilassare

Parcheggio interno alla struttura solo per 4 autovetture, ma con ampia possibilità di parcheggio gratuito esterno lungo la strada.

Possibilità di mettere le cose in frigorifero anche se non è molto grande e collocato al secondo piano

Personale disponibile, cortese e discreto, non invadente e pronto a rispondere alle domande o alle eventuali esigenze.

Cons:

Colazione discreta, ma non si può scegliere (uova, würstel, feta, pomodoro, cetriolo e carote in un unico piatto già preparato, pane e marmellata, succo d’arancia e dolce industriali, un caffè espresso disponibile - gli altri a pagamento). Sarebbe preferibile poter scegliere o almeno variare, soprattutto per chi si ferma più giorni o ha altre esigenze alimentari.

Le stanze non vengono rifatte durante il soggiorno.

In alcune stanze i bagni sono piccoli, angusti e ricavati sui balconi dove è posizionato anche il motore dei condizionatori.

Pros:

Pudimos aparcar dentro del recinto, detrás de la verja. Un jardín muy bonito y cuidado. La casa se ve nueva, recién hecha, todo impecable. Las camas muy cómodas.

Cons:

En el balcón que tiene la habitación, está colgada la máquina del aire acondicionado que calienta demasiado el baño que se ha hecho de una parte del balcón.

Nice apartments with a magic garden in Berat
Pros:

The apartman is situated in Berat - in this historic Albanian city - not in the city centre, the downtown is 2km by foot. The house and the apartments are nicely equipped, clean and cozy. There is a parking place for 2-3 cars. It has a magic garden with orange and lemon trees, the breakfast is served here. The price was also very likable, and the owners were helpful.

Cons:

This part of the city and the street is not so elegant and clean.

Petit séjour très agréable dans un hôtel calme à 30 minutes à pieds du centre de Berat.
Pros:

L'hôte est très sympa, le jardin dans lequel le petit déjeuné est servi est très mignon. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient bien. Le linge de lit ainsi que les serviettes sentaient super bon la lessive ! Le petit déjeuné était bon et le lit était très confortable.

Cons:

Pour le petit déjeuné il faudrait demander aux clients s'ils sont allergiques ou si ils n'aiment pas quelques chose car mon copain n'aimaient pas les oeufs et il y en avait à chaque fois. Le deuxième matin on a demandé à les retirer mais ils n'ont pas proposé autre chose à la place, dommage. Un autre point négatif serait le bruit mais l'hôte n'y peu rien, en effet les chambres donnent sur le même couloir et on entend tout et certaines personnes ne respectent pas la tranquillité des autres (portes qui claques à minuit).
Aussi, les oreillers pour dormir étaient beaucoup trop épais (ça casse le coup).

Habitación espaciosa, edificio moderno. El personal muy amable y el desayuno muy completo.

Cons:

El lavabo estaba en el exterior, se tiene que salir al balcón y era la salida del aire acondicionado. Mucho calor para ir a la ducha.

The bathroom is located in the balcony and the shower drain smells it would be preferable if the shower has curtain.
