Es war eines der schönsten Hotels, in denen ich war. Es ist wirklich etwas ganz besonderes.
Pros:

Absolutely lovely stay in Cocja!
Pros:

We had a lovely stay here and wished we were here longer! The facilities are beautiful and in tip top shape. Very clean and cozy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They called to see if we wanted to go breakfast in light of our early departure the next morning. Very unexpected! I would wholly recommend staying!

Pros:

Très bon emplacement, dans le centre, très bon et copieux petit déjeuner. Les hôtes nous ont fait un petit déjeuner à emporter avant notre week-end à Valbona, on a également pu laisser nos valises dans les lockers prévus à cet effet. Personnel très gentil et à l’écoute de nos besoin. Très jolies chambres, très propres. On recommande!!

Certaines chambres n’ont pas de rideau occultant donc on a été réveillé le matin par la lumière

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt und wir kommen wieder

Das war ein super schönes Hotel. Das Zimmer war gross, ein schönes und grosses Bad, alles sehr zufriedenstellend.Das Frühstück durfte man sich aussuchen aus einer Frühstückskarte und wurde dann am Tisch serviert.
Sehr lecker und reichhaltig.
Das Personal, ob Rezeption, Bedienung oder Servicekraft, alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir fanden unseren Aufenthalt super und werden gerne wiederkommen

Kind critical feedback: the material of light blankets and bathroom towels was rough on the skin. A kind suggestion to change detergent type or add fabric softener for bathroom towels, and change fabric type of light blankets to a material that is easier on the skin. This would make for a more comfortable customer experience, guaranteed.
