Beautiful hotel; amazing staff! Ideal location.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was stunning. We really liked sitting in the outside bar area with a glass of wine in the evenings.

Pros:

Great location for our stay in Shkoder. It is charming with modern updates. The breakfast in the restaurant was terrific and they had bikes we could rent. Wonderful, helpful staff. Highly recommend!

Amazing Stay in the city centre!
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at this perfectly located hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff was amazingly friendly.
The highlight was the breakfast with the friendly German-Speaking waiter who always had a smile on his face :)

Cons:

Completely Satisfied! Nothing to complain!

Convenient, quirky, comfortable hotel with great value (and breakfast!)
Pros:

This hotel was perfect for our one-night stay. It's a lovely building, quirkily decorated, with friendly and helpful staff and the added bonus of breakfast included. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is centrally-located and key downtown sights and restaurants are walkable. It was also a very short walk from the drop off point of our bus from Tirane.

Cons:

The bathroom is spacious and fully renovated, but something went wrong with shower in that there is no slope towards the drain, and when showering, the whole bathroom kind of floods.

What a place!
Pros:

Wonderful stylish boutique hotel in the heart of Shköder. Beautiful old furniture in the common areas and restaurant, spacious modern room, beautiful tiled bathrooms with bidet (many thanks for that!), friendly staff, and high quality breakfast options (their eggs on toasted bread are amazing). Last but not least they have a clean and spacious underground garage.

A truly wonderful stay!
Everything about this hotel was perfect from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. The cleanliness was impeccable and every space was beautifully maintained.
What stands out the most is the carefully curated interior design. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, creating a very elegant and harmonious atmosphere. The style is refined yet warm, making the entire place feel both sophisticated and welcoming.
The service was excellent, attentive and professional, and it added a lot to the overall experience. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm, tasteful and very pleasant. You can truly feel the care and dedication that has gone into every aspect of the place.
A beautiful hotel that I would absolutely recommend. A perfect 10.

Very good service and lovely experience
Pros:

Friendly staff, very clean room, good breakfast and a lovely place to stay. Location is perfect and parking is included in the price. Highly recommended!
I returned to Shkoder after 6 years and I can say that I was surprised from the service
