5 star service in a budget hotel
Pros:

The owner is a wonderful host. Service with a kind heart and a smile, he really wants you to enjoy your time in Albania.

The area is really quiet, despite being right in the centre of town and only 15-20 mins walk from everything in Tirana.

Cons:

The room is basic but that's enough for us.

Un tout petit peu difficile à trouver au début, et on a presque envie de faire demi-tour 😂, mais une fois à l’entrée, on sent que c’est un très bon hôtel. L’hôtel est très bien situé et très propre. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. La chambre est bien équipée et le lit confortable. J’ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour, surtout pour un prix si raisonnable. Le réceptionniste est très gentil. Je recommande vivement ! 😊

AUCUN. Peut-être : on pourrait ajouter un verre dans la chambre. 😉

Posizione e personale ottimo ma qualcosa é da migliorare

La posizione ottima, il personale super disponibile che all’arrivo ci ha fornito IN ITALIANO varie informazioni sulla città. La camera era ristrutturata da 2 mesi quindi era molto bella

Cons:

Purtroppo il gabinetto non era stato pulito bene e quando le altre persone entravano o uscivano dalle loro stanze si sentiva tutto.

Pulizia e posizione

Sconsiglio questa struttura perché purtroppo non è stata molto chiara nella gestione delle camere. Prenotando su Booking avevo scelto una camera doppia con letti singoli; al mio arrivo però mi è stata assegnata una camera con letto matrimoniale. Quando ho chiesto spiegazioni al proprietario, mi è stato detto che nella struttura non esistono camere con letti separati, cosa che però non corrisponde alle foto e alla descrizione presenti su Booking, dove questo tipo di camera viene mostrato.
Questo, tutto sommato, potrebbe anche essere il problema minore. Alla mia amica, infatti, è stata assegnata una camera in un’altra struttura di fronte, molto più vecchia rispetto a quella prenotata.
Per questo motivo mi sento di sconsigliare questa struttura: l’organizzazione e le informazioni fornite non sono state molto chiare e si rischia di trovarsi in situazioni diverse da quelle prenotate, con possibili spiacevoli inconvenienti.
