Pros:

Absolutely everything. The location is excellent — right in the centre of Berat, only a very short walk from the main promenade, with plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops all around.

The views are one of the best parts of the hotel. From our room we could see Berat Castle, which looked especially beautiful in the evening. Breakfast is served higher up with an amazing panoramic view over the city. From there you can see the castle, the famous old houses of Berat, the surrounding mountains, the river area and even the bridges. It is a wonderful place to sit in the morning and simply enjoy the city.

Our room was extremely clean, fresh and clearly recently renovated. The bathroom and shower were excellent, the water pressure was good, and everything worked exactly as it should. The air conditioning also worked perfectly.

The hotel itself has a very charming and cosy atmosphere, including a lovely terrace/garden area. There were even small kittens around in the morning, which made breakfast even more enjoyable.

The breakfast was fantastic. It felt genuinely local, fresh and homemade rather than like a standard hotel buffet. Everything tasted fresh and authentic, and you really got the feeling that the products came from the local area.

The service was also exceptional. Everyone was friendly, helpful and attentive, always ready to answer questions or help with anything we needed.

Because the hotel is so centrally located, you can simply walk outside and have everything around you. There are many excellent and very affordable restaurants nearby, as well as cafés and ice-cream places.

Overall, we genuinely could not find anything to complain about. Beautiful views, perfect location, spotless room, excellent breakfast and wonderful hospitality.

Cons:

We honestly could not find any significant negative points during our stay.

Close to all the sights. The room was spacious,clean, and had a comfortable bed.

Comfortable stay for a couple of nights
Pros:

Location is amazing with views over the cathedral. The terrace is quite shady to have a drink and watch the world go by. Breakfast is plentiful and tasty. Triple room was fine.
Just a 2-3 minute walk down to the cathedral. The owner met us and helped us carry our bags up the narrow cobbled street - no cars allowed

Cons:

Mind the cobbles! They can get slippery.

Zentrale Lage, relativ ruhig, schöne Frühstücksterrasse, neu modernisiert im historischem Ambiente

Cons:

Eine Sitzgelegenheit (Stuhl) im Zimmer wäre gut und auch für den Balkon nutzbar, ansonsten alles sehr gut
