Die Personen des Hotels waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und sehr lecker.

Perfect combination of modern and traditional
Pros:

Great location, just 5-10 min from the center and the cathedral. I loved the traditional architecture and the room setup. Breakfast was plenty and delicious.

Il fatto che mi hanno fatto pagare 47€ invece che quello previsto. Mi sono lamentata ma alla reception mi hanno detto che era dovuto a valuta in lek cambiata e commissioni.

Le confort et l emplacement .
Bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

La qualité de l’accueil n’était pas au rendez-vous.
On nous a facturé un euro pour avoir pris une petite bouteille d’eau dans le mini bar , nous pensions que c’était compris dans le prix.

Pros:

The property is very centrally located, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were in good condition, the amenities were good, and breakfast was included, which was very convenient. Having on-site parking was another great advantage. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Cons:

The balcony would be more enjoyable with a couple of chairs or some outdoor furniture. Housekeeping could also pay a bit more attention to small cleaning details.

Good, comfortable and nice price quality ratio.
Pros:

Great position near the Old Baazar! The room was spacious and the beds were really comfortable. Perfect for a family staying. The staff was friendly and ready to give any recommendation.

The accommodation was nice, but I still don’t understand how it happened — our room was in the basement, with very small windows facing the sidewalk. The room itself was nice and clean, but it still wasn’t quite what we expected. I’m not sure whether it was a mistake on the part of Booking, the hotel, or if I simply overlooked it when making the reservation. But one thing is certain: if I had known in advance that we would be staying in a basement room, I would have chosen a different room or even a different hotel. For one night it wasn’t a big issue, though. Overall, the stay was good, and the breakfast was excellent.
