Agréable et facile, la proximité avec les restaurants à pieds étaient un plus.
Pros:

La proximité avec le lac et la piscine, un grand plus avec les enfants! Et les chambres familiales très spacieuses.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était quelconque (café ou thé non inclus ce qui était dommage au vu du standing de l’hôtel) et la guerre des transats à la piscine!

Pros:

Le lieu où se situe, l’hôtel est très agréable, touristique mais pas bondé. La piscine est très agréable, le lac juste en face de l’hôtel est propre et très plaisant. Le personnel est sympathique, respectueux et se montre très disponible.

Pros:

Bien situé, au bord du lac.
Piscine avec mise à dispo des serviettes et possibilités de transat privés sur plage dédiée au bord du lac.

Cons:

Hotel jest bardzo ładny i dobrze dostosowany do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami – dostępna jest winda oraz prysznic przystosowany do ich potrzeb.
Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje przemiła obsługa. Kontakt z personelem jest bardzo łatwy, a pracownicy posługują się prostym językiem angielskim, dzięki czemu bez problemu można się porozumieć.
W hotelu znajduje się restauracja, a panująca atmosfera jest bardzo przyjazna i domowa. Wszędzie jest czysto – pokoje są sprzątane codziennie, a pościel wymieniana co dwa dni. Hotel zapewnia ręczniki zarówno do pokoju, jak i na plażę.
Dużym atutem jest prywatna plaża, na której zawsze dostępne są leżaki. Dodatkowym plusem jest przestronny parking dla gości. Klimatyzacja w pokojach działa bardzo dobrze i skutecznie chłodzi, co zapewnia komfort nawet podczas upalnych dni.

Cons:

Z minusów warto wymienić słabe Wi-Fi oraz bardzo zimną wodę w basenie zewnętrznym. Brakuje również suszarek lub stojaków do suszenia mokrych strojów kąpielowych w pokoju lub na balkonie. Szkoda także, że nie ma niewielkiego kącika zabaw dla dzieci, gdzie maluchy mogłyby się bawić, a rodzice w tym czasie spokojnie wypić kawę.
Największym minusem okazały się jednak śniadania. Przez cały tydzień serwowano praktycznie ten sam zestaw potraw, co po kilku dniach stało się monotonne.

Das Hotel ist superzentral. Empfehlenswert!!!

Sehr sauberes helles, großes Zimmer direkt an der Promenade und am Kanal. Jeden Tag frische weiche Handtücher, nach zwei Tagen Bettwäschewechsel. Sehr gutes, breites Bett mit durchgehender Zudecke und Matratze. Großer offener Schrank, viel Ablagemöglichkeiten. Blumen am Balkon. Schöner Blick. Kostenfreier Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Günstiger, traditioneller Supermarkt gegenüber. Kloster Sveti Naum kann erlaufen werden. Hotel ist von der Hauptstraße ausgeschildert. Kartenzahlung möglich. Gute Restaurants gleich am Kanal in der Nähe.

Cons:

Wir waren in der 2. Juniwoche da und waren neben einem anderen Paar die einzigen Gäste. Frühstück wurde in chaotischer Reihenfolge serviert und war für ein 5 Sterne Hotel nicht angemessen, man kann auch sagen: richtig schlecht. In Albanien bei sechs Unterkünften das schlechteste Frühstück. Abgepacktes Zeug, Gurke nicht frisch. Kein einziges Stückchen Obst zum Frühstück, trotz Nachfrage. Zweiter Kaffee war kostenpflichtig. Toilettenbrille war kaputt. Nur ein Plastikstuhl auf dem Balkon. Im Zimmer nur ein Hocker. Strand vor der Tür war dreckig. Personal spricht kaum Englisch.

Quiet hotel
Pros:

It is a nice hotel close to the lake, the location is great, the staff polite, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the breakfast ok.

Cons:

The seasonal pool was not opened yet, even now. It’s June, summertime, the temperatures are almost 30 degrees C, so I don’t know what they are waiting for.
