Pros:

The hotel is very well located right in the centre of Shkoder, serves a copious and delicious breakfast and the whole staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The noise and music in the evening made it hard to sleep. We had to close the windows and put in earplugs, yet could still hear it very loudly. The pillows and mattresses were also quite tough.

Pros:

El toque retro del hotel, lo limpio que estaba todo, la comodidad de la habitación, su ubicación (a dos pasos de Köle Idromeno), y la amabilidad de su dueña y el resto del personal. El desayuno también es espectacular. Tienes que subir un pequeño tramo de escaleras con maletas, pero el personal ayuda mucho.

Cons:

Al estar tan céntrico, no tienes acceso a parking.

Cons:

Paid for 3 beds as clearly stated in the booking. Arrived to find 2 beds, after some back and forth with the barman/receptionist the owners mother came and made the sofa that was in the room, told us it's the bed.
Change the room description accordingly

EXPERIENCIA INMEJORABLE
Pros:

Ubicado en pleno centro. Todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado, las camas cómodas y buenas ventanas que aislaban el ruido, no se oía nada de la calle. El personal excelente, un trato exquisito. El desayuno estaba muy rico y variado, cuidado y servido con todo detalle. Relación calidad precio inmejorable. Para repetir sin duda.

Cons:

Evening staff were very rude and felt an inconvenience to them both times we stayed not treated like paying guests. Had gone down to get water (none in the room) and then went down a second time later on to ask about lost property. Was made to wait for considerable period and then was met with frustration “you’ve been down here 5 times why you not ask before” and just complete dismissal to ask cleaning staff in the morning. Considering we chose to pay and eat at their restaurant earlier would expect much better customer service very disappointed. At dinner staff were not attentive at all just left there.

Noise on street is also very loud so if a good night sleep is important to you would avoid

Pros:

Very friendly staff in a central, historic area. Breakfast was included and the staff offered the option of a takeaway breakfast for those leaving early in the morning to catch the Koman Lake Ferry.

Cons:

It can be quite loud at night, but this did not bother us.

Pros:

le panier petit-déjeuner / pique-nique proposé si l'on doit partir avant 8h. C'est une attention très pratique et appréciable quand on a un départ matinal.

Cons:

La chambre était très confortable mais elle donnait sur la rue, donc on entend la ville vivre, mais cela ne m'a absolument pas empêché de bien dormir — c'est simplement bon à savoir si vous êtes très sensible au bruit.

호텔 바를 1층으로 쓰는데, 조식이 정말 끝내줬어요.
너무 맛있고 풍성한 조식.. 조식 준비해주시는 이모님도 너무 친절하셨고, 편안한 숙박이었어요.
방도 크고, 위치도 너무 편해서 만족스러웠습니다

Het ontbijt was super uitgebreid en lekker! Genoeg om van te kiezen en te proeven.

De medewerkers waren super lief en gastvrij!

De locatie is ook top! Midden in het oude centrum. Hierdoor is er wel wat geluidsoverlast qua muziek, maar dat moet je voor lief nemen. Neem oordopjes mee, probleem opgelost.

Easy to find and fantastic location on the historical street.
Breakfast was amazing and staff were lovely.
Situated above a bar on a street that really comes alive at night - can be extremely noisy (so bring earplugs) we loved this aspect!
Stored our luggage while we went to Theth & Valbona.
We just loved sitting out front, people watching, beer & wine in hand.
Super cute rooms and the most comfortable bed/pillows in Albania!

Cons:

The smoking indoors thing - not a fault of the property as it’s widespread in Albania.
