Lovely castle stay
Pros:

The hotel is amazing, has a great location on the heart of Berat Castle and offers an immersive experience to the city. We had a great stay and a great breakfast as well, all the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Might be tricky to go up the hill if you are not used with the car, but it’s not a big problem.

Beautiful location. Staff superb.
Pros:

The location was fabulous. We were really poorly with a virus whilst we stayed and the staff were so helpful with our recovery.

Unforgettable stay inside the historic castle!
Pros:

Staying at Berat Castle Hotel was a truly special experience. The location is absolutely breathtaking, perched right at the top of the hill inside the ancient castle fortifications, which gives the whole place a unique, historic atmosphere. The hotel itself is incredibly warm, cozy, and welcoming. But what made our stay truly unforgettable was Adriano, the maître d'. He is exceptionally kind, warm, and funny—within just 10 minutes, he has a rare ability to build a deep, genuine human connection that instantly makes you feel at home.

Cons:

Just a quick note regarding the parking situation: because the lot has a rough stone and gravel surface, it can be a bit tricky or risky for low-clearance cars, which might scrape their underside if you aren't careful.
