Great hotel

The food at the restaurant is simply amazing and the service too

Definitely worth a visit
Pros:

It is so beautiful in the hotel. You really are in the middle of the castle with views over the mountains. I really recommend staying here rather than in the centre. The staff were fantastic and made special efforts to make it enjoyable. Additionally the hotel has its own restaurant which is really reasonably priced and with good quality food.

Cons:

I cannot say anything negative.

Sehr freundliches Personal, einfaches Parken in der Burg und gutes Frühstück. Es war sehr sauber und alles in allem sehr angenehm.

Nehmt doch ein paar Kleinigkeiten für die streunenden Hunde in der Burg mit und gebt ihnen ein bisschen Zuneigung...

Cons:

Für einen Cappuccino anstatt eines Kaffees am Morgen wurde ein Aufpreis fällig, das fande ich persönlich unangemessen. War sonst in keinem Hotel in Albanien so.

Hôtel au calme dans un cadre fantastique.. Un très bel établissement pour explorer Berat, le retour depuis est un peu sportif!

Accès au parking partagé avec le château devrait être mieux indiqué

Great stay , Great hospitality , great staff , Totally recommended
Pros:

Totally recommended , the staff were so gentle and kind and hospitable , the room was great and clean and the views and the vibes were amazing , very gokd breakfast , Free parking on site. Really great value of money , will definetly recommend to anybody visiting berat

Cons:

The only negative thing to staying here I’d say is the lack of bidet (shataf) in the toilets

Perfect location, car parking next to hotel. Amazing staff. Breakfast ok.

Cons:

Our room was on the top floor, without a window, and had a sloped attic ceiling, which made it uncomfortable to walk around the room and the bathroom. Also, the soundproofing was quite poor, we heard music from 1 floor and other clients in other rooms.

Berat is amazing and being located on the castle really makes a difference to wake up already in one of the main attractions of the city. The price is really fair compared to what they offer. I must say thank you for the hospitality of this place, as not only they allowed us to stay longer for the checkout since we had checked in very late in the previous night after a long car drive from Sarande, but also after 12:00 when they learned we missed the breakfast in the morning, they offered us to have breakfast before leaving. All of this with a very welcoming and gentle attitude.
