Pros:

Very friendly staff. Amazing breakfast!!! It was incredible.
Very beautiful hotel in general and great location close to the castle and cozy restaurants near by that serve traditional food 😊

Cons:

The bed was a bit too hard for me but this is a question of preference so there really is no point in criticising that. 🤷🏼‍♀️

In general everything was amazing and I would really recommend this hotel while staying in Berat.

Lovely and scenic! But mostly best if you have a car and can pay for a taxi every time you need to get back to the hotel
Pros:

It was very clean and the views from the top are really nice. The decor is lovely and the shower is so clean.
The staff are really nice and helpful. The hotel also has a restaurant which serves really nice food, with wonderful staff as well.

It is less than 20 minute walk to the center and there are other restaurants around the castle.

Cons:

This is no fault to the property, but just a warning for those without a car/on a budget.
The walk up to the hotel is VERY tiring if you are not using a taxi. Taxis are €5-7 so if you plan on taking multiple trips from the hotel over a few days, this can add up.

DO not follow the Google maps shortcut, it is good for going down, not up. Instead go round to the car park and then through the arches.
The cobble stone floor can be very slippery when wet so walking down can also become a task.

Tout simplement parfait et magnifique !
Pros:

Tout simplement magique ! Tout est parfait ! Le lieu est incroyable, vous vous retrouvez au centre de la cité médiévale de Berat dans un lieu chargé d’histoire. Parfait pour visiter à pied! Les chambres sont spacieuses et atypiques. Et le personnel est aux petits soins! Nous sommes arrivés tard suite à une panne de voiture et nous avons été accueilli sans problème ! Le restaurant nous a attendu et le dîner etait extraordinaire ! Allez y sans hésiter !
