Freundliches und sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Der Blick zum See und ein fabelhaftes Frühstück- fast jeder Wunsch extra wurde einem gewährt.
Es gibt wenig zu beanstanden- nur die Zimmer sind mit zwei Gästen und einer guten Koffern doch schon recht beengt .

We were given an upgrade into the suite so the room was very spacious (it had a large jacuzzi bath in the main room but we did not use it)
The terrace outside the rooms have a good view over the roof tops out towards the lake
There is a lot of food available at breakfast -especially the traditional fare
The younger lad and the owner were both very keen to make sure we had everything we needed
The breakfast room was downstairs and rather dark
It was about 10min walk to the beach and about 20mins to the main stretch of bars and restaurants
The prices are expensive for this part of Albania

we went as a couple and had a bad experience as the whole hotel was full of flies and it was impossible to go out at night or keep windows open for ventilation those were everywhere.
the hotel in general it was not at all accessible to the rest of the city. it didn't had any lunch and dinner served.
the parking lot was a big disadvantage as it was almost impossible to get in and very narrow, I could barely get my suitcases out.
the neighborhood is full of noisy neighbors.
I would definitely not recommend it and if it were possible I would leave a zero.
when we arrived for the check in we were told to wait half an hour because our room was not ready even though we went on check in hours. not recommended.

In a traditonal area of Pogradec,the location is very closed to the main road and ring road. The staf was ok. Room was exelent ,comfortable and very clean!
