Ruime kamer op goede plek, wel wat aandachtspunten.
Pros:

Ruime basic kamer (vierpersoons), goede locatie en heerlijk restaurant eronder.

Cons:

We sliepen aan de voorzijde op de 1e verdieping , en tot diep in de nacht veel geluid op straat (zowel weekend als doordeweeks), hier kan het hotel niets aan doen, past bij de locatie, wel goed om te weten. Wij vonden het ook vreemd dat er geen lakens om onder te liggen klaar lagen en hebben die na vragen uiteindelijk de tweede nacht ontvangen.

The room wasn't very pretty, needed a long mirror and lamps. Also no extra supply of toilet roll although they did replenish when asked the next day.

Хороший небольшой отель. Чисто, спокойно, комфортно. Находится в центре Еревана. Клиентоориентированный персонал. Всегда готовы помочь. Единственный минус: белые полотенца стирают видимо с хлоркой, от полотенец запах белизны. Не очень... Советую перейти на кислородный отбеливатель, не даёт запаха и прекрасно отстирывает) а так всё понравилось! Рады что выбрали этот отель)

Bon hôtel pour un passage en centre ville de Yerevan.
Pros:

L’emplacement est super, les chambres confortables.

Cons:

J’ai sélectionné cet hôtel précisément pour la présence d’un parking privé gratuit indiqué dans la réservation. Ce n’est pas le cas il y a un parking juste en face qui nous aura couté 20€ pour 16h de stationnement. Le personnel masculin ne semblait pas très accueillant.

Отель - для людей со вкусом !!!
Pros:

Прекрасный бутиковый отель , очень уютный , удобное расположение . В номере чисто , светло, высокие потолки . все необходимое есть . Была во многих отелях , но этот привлекает своей лаконичностью и уютом . 5 баллов .

Расположение отличное, в самом центре. Если вам нужна гостиница на 1 ночь и вы налегке - подойдет!

Cons:

Нет лифта, на 4 эта с чемоданом было подниматься неудобно. рядом с отелем нет места, где могло бы остановиться такси.
И не очень дружелюбный персонал. Также большая кровать - это две соединенные кровати, между ними было неудобно спать.
Дверь на балконе работала не очень хорошо.

Гостиница в самом центре города, рядом супермаркет, кафе, рестораны. Номер с балконом. В номере естт чайник, фен, тапочки, кондиционер, маленький холодильник, телевизор. Тихо. Персонал очень внимательный. Убирают, меняют полотенца каждый день.

Cons:

Для кого важно - нет лифта.
