Excellent location, comfy rooms and friendly stuff. Highly recommended city center hotel
Pros:

The hotel location is perfect. Right in the heart of capital , everything is 1 minute walking distance- cafes , restaurants, all sightseeing. There is also an Italian restaurant right downstairs- very convenient for late dinners. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful - helped us with mobile sim cards purchase , navigation , etc.

Pros:

Очень уютный чистый отель в самом центре Еревана.. несколько шагов от площади республики.. Первом этаже хороший винной ресторан. Все прогулки пешком , так как просто нету необходимости такси. Локация позволяет сохранить деньги на такси всем рекомендую

Pros:

Singurul avantaj il vad marimea apartamentului si localizarea hotelului fata de piata centrala.

Cons:

Curatenia nu este facuta serios, camera arata destul de rau( pereti murdari si nerenovati), parcget foarte neingrijit, lenjeria pe pat nu era tocmai marimea potrivita. In fiecare dimineata era nevoie sa reluam acest proces de asezare a paturilor. Geamurile nu sunt cele mai bune, camera nu este antifonata, se aude muzica de la clubul de la parter si zgomotul de pe strada (mai ales seara, masini, caini care latra)

From outside of my room in front of my balcony there is a funnel from the restaurant next to the hotel that makes a noise all day until late night so i couldn't sleep. The room was in the 3rd floor without elevator. The stuff in reception they just didn't care about me. They didn't say not even good morning.
