Gerne wieder
Pros:

Eine äußerst angenehme Erfahrung. Ein sehr schönes Zimmer und freie Nutzung des modernen Aufenthaltsraums inklusive Küche. Der Manager war sehr hilfsbereit und unterstützte mich bei meiner individuellen Reiseplanung. Sehr leckeres Frühstück. Da ich am zweiten Tag sehr früh los musste, wurde als Ersatz für das Frühstück sogar noch ein Lunchpaket für mich vorbereitet.

Magnifica hospitalidad en el centro de la ciudad
Pros:

Todo es nuevo y en buen estado. El trato inmejorable, desde la facilidad de aparcamiento, ayuda con las maletas, disposición de espacios comunes, desayuno. La localización fantástica.

Centrally located with Wonderful hosts
Pros:

2min walk to the Centre on a quiet side street. Owner and wife of this small family owned hotel were very accommodating and hospitable. He even arranged my marshrutka to Yerevan.
The property was modern with all the amenities and a wonderful breakfast. Gyumri is great for a night or two and so much more comfortable than Yerevan

Pros:

Hotel vraiment très bien situé. Très propre et calme. On a aussi beaucoup apprécié le jovial et sympathique patron, ainsi sa femme qui se donne corps et âme pour nous servir le meilleur des petits déjeuners.
Nous ne pouvons que chaleureusement recommander cet établissement.

Good choice for Gyumri
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful host. Clean room, comfy beds, good breakfast. Great location.

Cons:

The entrance is a bit hard to find (it's at the back of the building behind the toy shop).

Sehr sauberes Hotel mit einer perfekten Lage. Das Frühstück war super gut und abwechslungsreich. Der Gastgeber war außergewöhnlich nett und hilfsbereit. Das Bett war sehr bequem und auch das Bad war modern und angenehm.

Отличное расположение. На тихой улочке в двух минутах пешком от центра. Восхитительные завтраки. Идеальная чистота. Тишина. Огромная кухня-гостиная. В номере и на кухне есть всё. Ну и конечно сердце гостиницы-хозяин! Спасибо Вам за гостеприимство!

Location, location, location!
Pros:

Outstanding. Clean, safe, convenient location, wonderful breakfast REAL coffee, friendly owners. Hozo even helped me book my minibus back to Yerevan. Best accommodation in Gyumri for the price!
