Erg vriendelijke gastheer. De kamer en badkamer zeer schoon, het matras ligt heerlijk. Beddengoed is ontzettend zacht en luxe. Airco werkt perfect. Ontbijt is huis- en versgemaakt en lekker. De locatie is zeer gunstig tov het plein, centrum, restaurants en koffiebar.

I liked everything! The owner and his wife take really good of the guests. Room is very spacious, with silent air conditioner, comfortable beds and good sheets, good shower and toiletries. The breakfast is very tasty, with lots of choices. The location could not be better - walking distance form everything in town! Amazing experience and good value for money

We had three rooms. Great location, incredible hosts, super comfortable beds, extremely clean rooms, amazing breakfast. Would definitely stay there again and again!

Ruime kamer met een uitstekend bed en kraaknet sanitair. De gemeenschappelijke ruimte (met keukenfaciliteiten) is zeker een meerwaarde. Het overvloedige en stevige ontbijt varieert elke dag. Rustige ligging en toch vlakbij het centrum van de stad.

Very clean, comfortable room, with access to kitchen and lounge area. Excellent breakfast. Very central to town. Very welcoming host.

Das Hotel liegt absolut zentral, die Zimmer sind groß, einfach, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet, das Bad ist sehr groß und modern, alles ist sehr sauber. Die Betreiber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und nicht zuletzt gibt es auch am Frühstück nichts auszusetzen!

Great location a block off the main square but also quiet. Rooms are nice and pretty big. There was nothing unique about the place - it’s pretty nondescript- but the price is right and it worked well for our one night stay.

Caretaker was very nice. Breakfast was enormous!

Удобное расположение,до центральной площади 5 мин пешком. До парка по тенистой аллеи тоже 5 мин пешком! В гостинице безупречная чистота. Сантехника современная и вся работает,вода горячая круглые сутки. Милая девушка утром приготовила для нас вкусный завтрак,к удобному для нас времени. Владелец гостиницы доброжелательный и очень радушный человек! Все понравилось,следующий раз опять сюда!))

Отличное расположение, самый центр, все доступно. Владелец очень хороший, добрый и с пониманием. Завтраки хорошие и сытные, хоть и не шведский стол. Сам отель небольшой, это делает его очень уютным. Чистые номера, светлые и просторные.

Лучший отель - гостевой дом за всю поездку по Армении. Сделано для гостей все, чтобы было комфортно и приятно находиться в отеле. Чисто, светло, просторно, много розеток, хорошо оборудована кухня, комфортные комнаты, удобные кровати. Местоположение - тихая улочка в 200 м от центральной площади и пешеходной улицы. Отличный завтрак

Приветливый персонал, хороший номер, вкусный завтрак, отличное расположение. Будем в Гюмри - заселимся еще раз с удовольствием!

Lage ist optimal. Die Sauberkeit ist außerordentlich gut.
Ambiente ist etwas einfacher gehalten, aber es ist alles vorhanden. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

L'hotel è in una posizione centrale e c'è la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto sia in cortile, sia in strada.
La stanza era confortevole, grande e ben illuminata. Vi è anche una cucina in comune, super fornita. Tutta la struttura è molto pulita.
La colazione è eccellente. La cuoca ogni giorno varia il menù ed è tutto buono.
Lo staff è gentile, presente e disponibile.
Super consigliato.
