Pros:

Я в полном восторге от отдыха в этом замечательном отеле! С первых минут чувствуется тепло и забота: меня встретили с улыбкой и проводили в уютный номер, где продумано всё до мелочей. Особенно хочется отметить камин — вечера у огня с бокалом вина стали для меня настоящей традицией. Это создавало невероятную атмосферу уюта, особенно после прогулок по свежему горному воздуху.😌

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place is very quiet and relaxing, and the owner personally welcomed us with great kindness. He was always willing to help and recommend beautiful spots to visit in the area. The location is excellent and ideal for anyone looking for a peaceful atmosphere. At night, it’s calm and serene, and there’s no need for air conditioning as the weather is naturally cool. I truly enjoyed my time here and would gladly return.

Pros:

Loved the hotel - nice location (a quiet location, and 15 min walk from the center) and nice staff. A view with a balcony would be even greater but still it was a nice experience overall.

Cons:

The only issue was that balcony was a bit too narrow and didn't have enough drawers for putting products. Also, the lock on the door wasn't working properly. Other than that, everything else was fine.

The hotel was nice and clean but the description on booking.com is misleading! There is no wellness area, sauna nor swimming pool in this hotel but they cooperate with another hotel which is quite a walk away and charges extra to use the wellness facilities

Pros:

The property is a small villa converted to hotel. The hotel service, cleanliness and ambiance was very good. The ladies Miss Alla and Miss Anni at the reception were very helpful and proactive in helping and guiding. Big thanks to them. Has chance to meet the property owner who was also very nice gentleman. Had a good stay and will recommend others as well

Cons:

The property did not have swimming pool or sauna as advertised . Both are available at nearby mArriot for a fee of 7000 dram
