Lovely comfy rooms, excellent staff, fantastic breakfast
Pros:

The whole experience was fantastic, every member of staff was so friendly and attentive. Breakfast was excellent unfortunatly we didn’t get a chance to try the carvery but it look amazing.

Cons:

Adding air conditioning to the rooms would be good as they are a little on the warm side.

Had to wait a long time in the restaurant for my order to be taken, there was only one person serving and running the bar.

The shower mixer tap was very difficult to get the temperature right. In fact if would go that hot it was too hot to manage

Friendly, welcoming
Pros:

For us, location and proximity to family was the initial reason for booking our stay at the Birdham, but throughout our stay we received a lovely welcome
from all the wonderful people that we met, including all the staff and regulars each night at the bar and restaurant. The food was fantastic, as was our room and we will most certainly be back.
