Pros:

While I found the room rate a bit high for a hotel that doesn't serve a full breakfast, the staff's warm greetings and excellent manners made a great impression. It’s worth noting that only tea and coffee are available at reception, rather than a meal.

Cons:

It was quite disappointing that the heating didn't work. Yerevan’s nights are very cold, and the lack of warmth made my stay quite uncomfortable.

Bad, not recommended
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the location is proper. The price is also very convenient.

Cons:

The ceiling is very short almost my head could touch, it does not look like in the pictures specially the bathroom that was unclean. There were to towels for shower at the arrival and although staff members are very welcoming and nice, anything they did at reception could be heard from the room as noice cancellation from the wall is inappropriate. I also asked in advance if i could do late check out as it was essential for my stay but only answers upon availability were given, unfortunately they were unable to host me for longer, which makes me dissatisfied.

Pros:

The dirtiest hotel in Armenia. The rooms are garbage, the staff don't speak English, and they are extremely racist and disrespectful to foreigners.
