Very comfortable during my first time travelling alone
Pros:

Attentive pleasant staff including chefs, housekeeping, and reception, well maintained rooms, help with everything as needed and fixing issues promptly, decent breakfast variety

Cons:

The amenities like coffee, water, shower gel, weren't regularly distributed after room cleaning, but if you need something you should ask

Terrible experience

Cons:

We booked a room for three people. The room was located directly in front of the check-in desk, offering no privacy, and the ceilings were only 2 meters high. The third bed was an armchair converted into a makeshift bed, which was very uncomfortable.

The worst part, however, was the issue with the water: we were unable to wash ourselves. When we contacted the manager, she told us that the water problem was not her responsibility but ours, and therefore no refund would be provided.

Not recommended.

Неплохое место, немного шумное с открытыми окнами.
Pros:

Расположение, завтрак, опыт проживания.

Cons:

Убираются два раза в неделю, просил заменить расходники (мыло, шампунь) но в итоге их доложили лишь после уборки через день.

No choice to stay there
Pros:

Breakfast & staff was okay but the picture they used for advertising was different. Customer like me usually go with the information they advertise in booking.com which is not true. Once you paid you are lucked. Overall, the hotel is old there is not no window in the room & bathrooms are small.

Cons:

Room did not have window you breathe small room to place your clothes. The towels they gave you every morning to clean yourself were old. No fresh air in my room. Old refrigerator bathroom small & towelette bowls broken. But staff was friendly haha?

Рядом есть магазины и вся инфраструктура

Cons:

Потолок - 1.7 метра, окон в номерах нет, вентиляция плохая, в ванной плесень, с потолка сыпется штукатурка, на ковре пятна, которые уже не отмыть, плинтуса с дырками, полное отсутствие шумоизоляции. Вы будете слышать ВСЕХ = каждый чих, храп, тарелки - это катастрофа. Электричество может пропадать внезапно, оно напрямую связано с водой и вот вы уже без воды и света, в комнате без окна, добро пожаловать. На попытки что-то изменить - разводят руками - ждем. Генератора нет, то есть повлиять на это вы никак не сможете.

Приемлемо, если нужно поспать между перелетами
Pros:

Расположение, вода, чайник, свежее постельное белье, одноразовые тапочки. В целом чисто. На одну ночь (возможно, другие номера лучше и просторнее), чтобы просто прийти и поспать, поэтому для меня важно было только широкая кровать, свежее белье и свои туалет и ванная в номере.

Cons:

Снял номер на несколько часов, чтобы поспать днём во время пересадки между ночными перелетами. Возможно, это один такой неудачный номер в отеле, но отзыв на опыте проживания в нем. Номер очень маленький, двоим уже не удобно будет, для невысоких людей, так как макушкой об потолок придется тереться, если рост больше 185см, но к этому был готов, так как об этом во многих отзывах указано.
Окно есть, но оно не выходит на улицу, а в лобби отеля, а кровать возле окна, поэтому всё-равно его зашторить наглухо пришлось. Неудачно расположен кондиционер, прямо над кроватью, как его не настраивай, он будет дуть на вас.
Ковровое покрытие требует чистки. Лейку в душевой кабине уже пора заменить, так как половина воды уходит через дырявый шланг.
Через вентиляцию в номере пришлось слышать, чем ночью занимаются в каком-то другом номере.
Зачем-то на ночь закрываются двери отеля на ключ, как попасть внутрь не понятно, а в моём случае нужно было выйти в 3 ночи (предупреждал заранее при регистрации о времени выезда), спустя 10 минут поисков выхода, пришлось будить администратора звонком. Про завтрак ничего не могу сказать, не воспользовался.

Pros:

Everything was excellent. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and it offers great value for the price. The breakfast was good and enjoyable. I really liked that you can easily make the room warmer or colder as you wish. The room was nice, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I am very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend Good Hotel Yerevan.
