Cons:

Автоматичните ароматизатори в общите помещения. На единият прозорец в стаята нямаше мрежа против насекоми, което не е съществен недостатък, но с мрежа е по-добре. Бихме препоръчали стаите да са оборудвани със сгъваеми сушилници.

Location was great, the spa was great and Rumen was amazing.

Cons:

Food was terrible, all frozen, then microwaved and expensive for what it was.

We weren't allowed to use the lobby bar our whole stay because there were not enough people in the hotel we were told. That was literally the reason I booked the hotel due to the mountain view from the hotel. Instead we could only eat and drink in the basement bar, which the staff were smoking in.

Pros:

Посещаваме за пореден път, защото сме много доволни от хотела, ресторанта и от СПА. Големи и удобни легла. Отоплени и комфортни стаи. Храната в ресторанта е вкусна, поднесена с усмивка. До СПА се стига с асансьор от етажа, на който се намира стаята.

Cons:

Храната беше ужасна. Не искам да навлизам в подробности, защото нямам толкова свободно време. Не на последно място е и лошо поддържаната баня. Потъмнели фуги, задръстени сифони.......

Very dirty carpet from party. No room change possible. But booking showd available rooms. Lady on the front desk was very uncooperative.
