La atención del personal, el desayuno, la ubicacion.La cama muy cómoda. Y sábanas blancas impecables. Buena calefacción.

Cons:

El agua caliente es el 4to piso sale tibia tirando a fría y tuve que dejar la canilla abierta como 10 minutos para que salga un poco más caliente. Me tuve que bañar agachado porque mi cabeza pegaba contra la ducha, yo mido 1.81 y esa bañera no es apta para personas altas.

The Puerto del Sol is a well located hotel, well priced with great staff
Pros:

I liked the proximity of the Puerto del Sol to the main plaza and the pedestrian only area. There are great restaurants and coffee shops in the pedestrian only area.
The property was relatively quiet and I enjoyed Ted the breakfast.

Cons:

The water for the shower was tepid. I prefer warm to hot for a shower.

Solo ubicación estaba bien

La ubicación era buena y el desayuno tampoco estaba mal

Cons:

Las instalaciones no eran buenas. Puertas mal mantenidas, olor a humedad en la alfombra, manilla de puerta del baño mala, por lo tanto no era opción cerrar la puerta porque uno podía quedar encerrado. Ascensores demasiado antiguos. Casi no había enchufe en la habitación (solo uno) y lejos de cualquier cosa. No había ni siquiera un mueble para dejar cosas encima, solo dos veladores muy pequeños.

Nos tocó un fia de viento Zonda, y las ventanas no cerraban hermeticamente para evitar que el viento ingrese a la habitacion. Fue una mala experiencia que empaño la estadia lamentablemente
