Camera curata si spatioasa,balcon cu vedere la piscina,paturi confortabile,mancare buna si variata,bauturi diverse,distanta pana la mare 7 minute, super multumiti!

Totul a fost ok

Se putea mai variat,dar a fost ok,mancare gustoasa.La capitolul ciorbe nu stau deloc bine, fara gust si doar 2 feluri.

Nu sunt deloc 200 de m până la plajă, e dita mai drumul de parcurs de îți vine rău, nu cel menționat, ceea ce e un lucru foarte important!
Mâncarea e ceva rau, dacă știam ca îmi iau all inclusive ca să mănânc doar cartofi cu oua si salată că altceva nu îmi placea, mai bine căutăm altă cazare!
Mă bucur foarte tare că ne-am luat decât 3 zile, că altfel mă zgâriam pe ochi! Și așa îmi pare rău că m-am luat eu după părinții soțului meu să mergem acolo, puteam lejer de banii cheltuiți să mă duc 2 zile in Milano!
De personal, pot spune doar lucruri de laudă, băiatul de la recepție te întâmpină foarte frumos încă de la intrarea pe ușă. Am rămas șocată că știa cine sunt doar intrând pe ușă 🤣 Îi puteți mării salariul are un vibe super!
Nu mi-a plăcut nici băutura, berea slabă rău, cocteilurile sunt groaznice, ceva rău, mâncarea cum am mai spus, dezamăgitoare!
Per total, nu o să mă mai vedeți în Bulgaria decât dacă mă sponsorizează booking pentru o vacanță aici la hotel de 5 stele 🤣
Singurul lucru ce mi a placut din vacanța asta si ce vi-o recomand si vouă, este skyjet ul, si sa vizitați Nessebarul care a fost genial!

- Everyone at the staff was super friendly all the time. Extra nice girl from the activities team (didn't quite catch her name as non-bulgarian speaker myself, perhaps Moni?) even took time and made the effort to get to know our family ♥

- Good food and drinks, available all through the day :)

- Nice and fun activities throughout the day up into the evening

- Room was kept nice and clean throughout

- Good location, convenient access to the beach a few hundred meters away, but still quiet location with no nightclubs etc. so the nights were quiet

So no real complaints, just a couple improvement suggestions:

- A common tipping box shared between all the staff would be nice - would've tipped more, but now it was difficult to leave a tip because had only 50 euro bills as cash and it was too difficult to choose anyone!

- At lunch all the other food was available from the buffet immediately, but the extra delicious kebab portions were made by just one man, and there was sometimes even 30 minute queue to get one! Would be faster if only the meat (and perhaps the bread) was served by the man, and the guests would make the rest of the serving themselves (sauces, vegetables, french fries).

- Darts matches were super fun, but sometimes the never finished (even after 1.5 hours!) because the game we played was the official 501 and there were lots of players :) Could be made shorter and more fun if some other darts party game was played. For example, a variant of "killer darts":
1. First, everyone throws a number for themselves using one darts
2. Then everyone takes turns trying to hit their number : the winner is who hits their number 7 times first. Doubles count as 2 hits and triples as 3. Hitting someone else's number would add to the other player's count. Fun and fast :) Could be played more than one round if too fast.

The hotel staff was very friendly, we were the last quests in this seoson.

The staff was mostly nice. The rooms were decent size and the animation for the children was very good.

Decent meal, you always can find something you like to eat or experiment :) Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Pool and brunch restaurant were awesome, they have a lot of entertainment activities for when you're on the pool, after 20pm they have a special program of entertainment which is not the same every day. Room had enough space for 2 people, balcony view was towards the pool.
