Pros:

Със сигурност бихме посетили отново! Уютно, далеч от забързаното ежедневие, спокойно място! Персоналът беше учтив и загрижен, храната беше страшно вкусна, нямаше нещо което да липсва от менюто! Страшно чисто и топло място! Закуската е разнообразна и достатъчна, за всеки има по нещо. Има еко пътеки за разходка, връх Бузлуджа е съвсем наблизко. Спа зоната също е поддържана и чиста, уникален мирис на лавандула се носи. Ако търсите спокойно място за истинска почивка и отдих от забързания живот, препоръчвам с две ръце!

Cons:

Халатите за Спа зоната се заплащат по 5 лв за брой, което според мен може да се спести на гостите на хотела. В стаята липсваше минерална вода, а на други места се оставя като комплимент.

Pros:

Чудесно местоположение в непосредствена близост до Бузлуджа. Чудесен интериор, добре поддържан и интересен. Чудесен персонал и обслужване.

Cons:

Джакузито не беше достатъчно чисто. Закуската може да се обогати с местни и домашни специалитети.

Pros:

За втори път посещаваме хотела, този път цялото семейство. Много ни хареса, а и времето беше чудесно. Отново бяхме впечатлени от храната - всичко е много вкусно. Персоналът е много приятен, отзивчив и подготвен.

Cons:

Нямаме забележки. Надяваме се хотелът да се сдобие с басейн в обозримо бъдеще. Тогава вече няма да има равен.

Мястото е невероятно, в самата гора и на пешеходно разстояние от Бузлуджа. Разнообразна и вкусна храна, чисти стаи, много любезен персонал с внимание към детайла, нямаме никакви забележки и със сигурност ще посетим отново. Благодарим!

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich super – schön im Wald und sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Zimmer sind angenehm warm und es ist insgesamt sehr gemütlich dort. Auch das Restaurant hat mir sehr gut gefallen, das Essen ist hervorragend und die Bedienung ist ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte meiner Meinung nach etwas reichhaltiger sein. Die Auswahl ist eher begrenzt, und auch die Kaffeemaschine bzw. der Kaffee selbst haben mich nicht wirklich überzeugt.
