Limpeza e funcionários educados.
O preço cobrado foi diferente do contratado. Quando fechei o pacote pelo booking o valor era de 577 dólares. No hotel me foi cobrado 814 dólares ( por taxas e 10% de pagamento de cartão o que não é informado no ato da reserva pelo site).

O hotel é novo, tudo novo, excelente. O café da manhã é simples, mas é bom. Para uma região que tem uma termoeletrica de geração de energia e as vezes ocorre falta de energia, este hotel tem um gerador de energia bastante possante, ficamos sem energia na cidade por 12 horas, e o hotel estava perfeito, tudo funcionando, inclusive o aquecimento. Fica proximo do centro e da av San Martin que é a principal de Ushuaia. Tem que subir umas ruas , mas a neve permanece mais tempo que na rua San Martin , é maravilhoso.

Comida todos os dias. O bolo foi o mesmo
Nós 7 dias e o hotel não concordou e cancelar os próximos café qd estamos no 3 dia que tivemos como era fraco.
La atención del personal. Tuve un accidente en mis vacaciones que afectó mi movilidad y por eso reservé aquí una habitación para personas con movilidad reducida. La habitación estuvo muy bien equipada en ese sentido. Destaco la excelente predisposición del personal y su colaboración dadas las circunstancias
El servicio de TV digital podría tener una opción de cable disponible mejor que la que tiene.
No sé respeto el precio con el que reserve la habitación, el ascensor estaba roto faltaba una puerta al Placard

Everything about the hotel was great. It was located in the center of town, the room was great, and the breakfast was good. The staff was also excellent. Overall, it was a great place to stay.
The shower in my room was not working, so I was unable to take a shower.
A cama era grande e confortável.
O café da manhã foi caro demais pra ser todo dia a mesma coisa: pão com presunto e queijo, o mesmo bolo todo dia (ficamos 6 dias), salada de frutas e cereal... não tinha água quente todos os dias... O elevador estava quase sempre em manutenção
Upon check-in they tried to charge an additional 10% for paying by (credit) card. They claimed this surcharge is mentioned in their policy on booking.com (of course it wasn’t, they couldn’t show where it was mentioned). Only after 1hr of arguing and only after contacting booking support, they gave in and waived the 10% “by way of exception”.
Avoid yourself the time and hassle and spend your money elsewhere, for the price paid there are much better options.
If you really have no alternatives and end up staying here, be sure to do the conversion from the quoted USD price to ARS yourself before checking in and make sure there is no 10% added when paying at check in. Refuse to pay, stand your ground and contact booking.
