El personal es muy amable, siempre atento y amigable. El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, en una buena zona y a una cuadra de una estación de subte

La habitación no es tan comoda, se ve muy descuidada, el baño tenia mal olor por una cañeria expuesta. En general las instalaciones pueden mejorar.

Pros:

La calidez y la ubicación del lugar creo son las estrellas a destacar. En mi caso solamente viajé para un recital por lo que no me interesaba muchas amenities que otros lugares tenian: me enfoque en un lugar para descansar, bañarme y que la ubicación sea tranquila. En ese aspecto este alojamiento cumplio con todas las espectativas. Lo mejor y QUE MAS ME GUSTARIA DESTACAR es que me olvide objetos personales de alto valor y el personal se aseguro de guardarlos para retirar luego. MUCHA HONESTIDAD 10/10

La habitación y el desayuno.

Cons:

Que no me cobraron con descuento en el estacionamiento por estar en el hotel aunque habían dicho habia una especie de convenio o acuerdo con dicho garage.
Para poder dejar el auto en el estacionamiento tuvimos que dejar los bolsos con el cereno y esto se puede prestar a confusión si, al recuperar los bolsos llegase a faltar dinero en la billetera...
