It wasn’t terrible but probably I wouldn’t go again at this place
Pros:

The place has a nice view to the reservoir

Cons:

the staff was negligent and rude. They had mixed up our reservation, behind the bar they mixed up the orders we made, they were inconsiderate. The breakfast and dinner included in the price of the night are quite meager.

РАЗОЧАРОВАНИЕ
Cons:

Нищо не ни хареса. Отхвърлиха ни резервацията която я направихме на 30 07 2026 г.,която беше удобрена. Последния ден преди да тръгнем натам една госпожа се обади и ни съобщи ,че нямало място на тези дати и че резервацията ни е пристигнала по късно .Това са 23 дена след нашата резервация.

Pros:

Много хубаво и спокойно хотелче .Делукс стаята беше прекрасна -гледка,чистота и удобство.Басейнът беше чист ,храната вкусна .Определено успяхме да си починем ❤️

Pros:

Единствено, чистотата е на ниво в този хотел.

Cons:

Закуската и вечерята не са блок маса ,както е описано а има меню от което трябва да си изберете, салата,основно и десерт.
Храната е пълно разочарование.
Получихме изгорели пържени картофи, свинско шишче с три парченца месо и цедено мляко, което трябваше да бъде с мед и орехи,но и меда и орехите отсъстваха.
При оплакване от наша страна,не получихме дори извинение.
Обслужването в ресторанта е изключително бавно и неадекватно.
Ще кача снимки и храната която получихме.

Pros:

Хареса ни много мястото и разположението на хотела, тихо е, има място за паркиране.
Хотелът е добър,стаите чисти и удобни.

Cons:

Не ни хареса посрещането, сякаш всичко става насила-без добре дошли,без усмивка. И така през целия ни престой
Ресторантът може доста да се подобри и като меню, и като качество,и като обслужване.

Disappointing.
Pros:

The view to the dam.

Cons:

Staff cannot be found anywhere. Breakfast starts at 8 and by 9 most of the meal options are not available anymore. Same situation with the dinner. A child was given an expired ice cream. The explanation from the staff was that they know and that’s why they gave it for free.
No matts for the sun beds. Cold water in the pool.

А,за кучето Рокси ❤️от снимките …ами талисмана на хотела,добричка и миличка душичка ,много ще ни липсва !
