Pros:

Tudo ótimo. Funcionários prestativos. Quarto espaçoso. Foi aniversário do meu marido e fizeram um bolinho para ele. Hidro quentinha, ainda utilizamos a piscina aquecida do hotel vizinho da mesma rede.

Experiência boa, mas café da manhã e o chuveiro tiraram um pouco nossa percepção de uma boa estadia

O quarto é bem espaçoso, o espaço do salão de jogos também. Localizacao boa e silenciosa

Cons:

Tivemos problemas com o chuveiro, estava muito fraco e a água não esquentava direito. Uma funcionária tentou nos ajudar mas pelo visto, era um defeito no a aquecimento. Primeiro dia sentimos falta de algumas coisas no café da manhã, estava faltando pratos, copos e algumas coisas do menu de café da manhã estavam em falta.

Superou nossas expectativas, localização privilegiada próximo ao centro, o que nos proporcionou fazer tudo a pé, quarto lindo bem decorado, cama confortável, roupas de cama e banho limpas, café da manhã maravilhoso, tudo gostoso, os funcionários educados e muito solícitos, o lazer a parte conta com piscina, jacuzzi aquecida, academia, salão de jogos e estacionamento.
