Lovely spacious, light-filled room in pretty area close to wharf and facilities with super helpful staff.
Pros:

Lovely location up the hill behind the wharf. Big spacious and light room that was well-equipped with small fridge, kettle, tea/coffee and a nice hot shower (over a bath).

Super helpful and friendly staff with good communications.

Cons:

There was no place to easily hang towels in the bathroom. Also, no hand soap for the bathroom sink.

A great location, a 5 minute but hilly walk to Salamanca Place.
Pros:

The staff were very good - efficient and friendly.
Comfortable beds.
Very clean rooms.
Off-street parking.
5 min walk to Salamanca Place.

Cons:

The shower over the bath.
The tall trees blocking the view to all but the very top room.
The slopes in the floor of the hallways.
The fire alarm going off in our room and building when I boiled their kettle.

God beliggenhed men alt for dyrt i forhold til standen på værelset.
Pros:

Der er en god beliggenheden, fine parkeringsmuligheder og varmelampe på badeværelset samt badekar fungerede rigtigt godt.

Cons:

Billederne stemte overhovedet ikke overens med værelset. Der var huller i væggen, fugt spots på væggen, ødelagt gulvtæppe og en meget larmende badeværelses blæser så man ikke kunne holde ud at have den tændt.
Det var ikke pengene værd.

A perfect and comfortable stay, would highly recommend
Pros:

Stayed in Room 1. A very large and comfortable room with beautiful water views. Private and close to Battery Point cafes. Parking onsite also a bonus.
