Good location

Cons:

Did like coming to this motel, but has quickly become run down. Beds are no longer comfortable. Pictures on the wall are broken and left on the wall. dirty spoon. no coffee or sugar refills from the last time we stayed. Main bins have not been emptied since we stayed at the beginning of the month. Place has gone down hill, but the prices have gone up.

Very quaint little place. Found it clean and comfortable inside. Has a lot of potential.

The noise... oh my goodness the noise from the road in room one was just terrible... to the point of us trying to possibly find somewhere else to stay. We sat out the front on the verandah staring at full bins watching a mouse rummage around. It could be a very cute little setting if the garden was done and the bins were elsewhere and an outdoor setting would have been good... we had to bring the chairs outside.. a rude person from a previous stay threw cigarettes butts all over the "garden"... the TV did not work... we had to log in to Netflix to get anything up. Our family members stayed in another room at the back and had a much better experience except for their air conditioner... and having to share 1 x 2 seater outdoor setting with the other people in a different room. Also we slept with our air-conditioner off because it was soo loud BUT maybe we should have kept it on to drown out the trucks., loud cars, and constant motorcycles reving at the lights 8 meters away.

We like to walk but it was a 25min walk to town. But so lovely to stay. It was quiet, king bed was great. Great shower. Easy parking.

For the price, it was a room over your head. Spend the extra 30 and stay somewhere else.

Room hadn't been vaccumed
Aircon was noisy
Bathroom, fridge and walls were unclean
Overall, just needed a really thorough clean and service.

Short drive live music venues. Private location

Cons:

No Tea bags, Needs a few more items to have a small snack in room eg plate, bowl, spoon, fork, knife. The name is easily confused with Botanical Hotel, located near the botanical gardens.
