Pros:

There was a functional drink/snak vending machine

Cons:

There was an open kitchen without any extractor so all the smell was on the hallways and getting in my room too. Carpet on the floor was dirty. Pillows were smelly, TV was small. Bad mold smell, you could see the dust in the AC unit, parking was advertised but only about 6/8 spaces in total so parking is actually on the street. Very small sink in the bathroom and you struggle to wash your face in there. Bad smell coming from the shower drainage.

Nice budget room for a fair price only 2 hrs from Sydney Airport
Pros:

Location was ideal for me to break up a very long drive
Bed was comfy
Value for money

Cons:

Only one chair in the room for 2 guest's, so had to sit on the bed.
Unmanned all info sent by email. Codes etc.

It would have been nice to have a room to put luggage so I could explore before flying home. But this is not a complaint.

Pros:

It’s the worst place you ever stay in when you turn the light on it’s making bad noise then next true the Aircon behind your ear, you cannot sleep and the alarm going off 1 AM and it’s very dirty the walkway on the toilet

They did the basics like change the bedding but haven’t bothered to clean the room properly

The bedding was fresh

Cons:

Strong smell when you come in the main door. Either the security guard BO or something else but it was not nice.
There was mould all over the windows and blinds. Dirt and dust around skirting boards, vents and other places. Bathroom was falling apart, the shower door came off when I tried to move it and the little cabinet thing was broken too.

Very uncomfortable experience due to harassment from another guest.
Cons:

During my stay I had a very uncomfortable and frightening experience. While I was waiting outside for my food delivery, another person staying at the property approached me aggressively. He accused me of “occupying their country” and repeatedly threatened me.
I spent almost an hour trying to calm him down so that the situation would not escalate. He also kept taking my phone under the excuse of helping with the food delivery and kept bullying me and calling me a liar. I did not feel safe during this incident.
