Wonderful location, Lucy and Sharon were welcoming and helpful. Hotel, truely, beautifully appointed. Spacious comfortable rooms.

A super location and the renovations to create a boutique hotel have succeeded.
Pros:

Great location, walked to our event and being right on the pedestrian mall was a bonus!

Cons:

Small rooms. No ventilation/exhaust in bathroom & poor mirror lighting in the bathroom.

Convient location, nice bar and dining facilities and comfortable room. Bathroom facilities not great.

Good rooms and dining facilities

Cons:

Bathrooms need some extra work. No ventilation, exhaust or heating. No full length mirror, no lighting around bathroom mirror to get ready for events.

Our stay was a lovely escape that we would love to be able to do every weekend.

I loved everything. The room was fabulous, staff were fabulous and the restaurant was fabulous also.

Lovely weekend visit.
Pros:

Great location. Lovely decor. Made it in time to get a meal at the restaurant when we arrived.

Cons:

Bed was overly soft - tricky for sharing as sunken into middle.

If you have time grab breakfast outside the hotel, unfortunately there was mother else open in a Sunday when we stayed.
Pros:

The art deco architecture and the room was very comfortable.

Cons:

The breakfast was not great - the cereal was stale, only fruit that was offered for the buffet was whole fruit so not easy to put into of your cereal or yoghurt. Coffee was terrible.
