Room didn't feel 5-star, could see the wear; on the whole, en suite felt cheap; the advertised "hot tub" was a slightly wider bathtub with spa jets and especially disappointing

The manager on Tuesday the 21st of April in Joseph's dining he was rude abrupt and overwhelmed plus the dinner menu should have more to choose
Very good room with very large comfortable bed and good facilities.
The pool, bar, restaurant are all very good.
Excellent grounds with access to great walks and the nearby zoo.
The hotel is a bit off the main road and with local roadworks it was a bit difficult to access

Enjoyed buffet breakfast each morning. Good variety, friendly staff. Lovely gardens and area for walking. Heated indoor pool was great for a swim in the evenings.
Shower in the room doesn't have any screen so the water goes all over the floor, which then makes it slippery in the bathroom

I’m gluten free. No issue for dinner, even producing gluten free bread Instead of the normal dinner roll. Excellent meal options and a fabulous dinner.
Breakfast the next day I’m told there is no gluten cereal or bread, I managed tomatoes and bacon and fresh fruit. I was disappointed that there was no bread or cereal options. And I would have asked for poached eggs but the gentleman on the floor on the chef spent ages looking for bread by which time I had decide to just eat the few things on my plate and move on.
Peaceful location. Clean and spacious room. Nice robes and amenities. Comfortable bed.
Poor signage to access - Uber driver couldn’t find it. The food at breakfast was good - but insufficient supply of plates, cups etc. Not enough staff available to assist.
