Good price but smelled really bad on 1st floor.
Pros:

it was a good price. decent room. had a fridge and nice mugs for tea/coffee.

Cons:

the 1st floor smelled so bad. there was hair on my floor (not mine). would be nice to have a hand towel in addition to large bath towels.
