The room is spacious
Bedbugs...I was so disappointed..I took a weekend to rest only to find myself not even able to close my eyes because of bedbugs...I have never waited for the morning to come like that night...
The hotel is good with friendly staff but not clean.
Only the location of the property
The rooms had no ac, the floor tiles were all broken
Decent Room and washroom are cleaned.
The air conditioning system is not functioning satisfactorily, and the room A/C is not providing adequate cooling. Despite raising this issue twice, no corrective action has been taken, and the problem remains unresolved.

رائحة سيئة جدا بسبب القمامة التي يتم جمعها في الدور الاول وايضا رائحة المطعم الذي بالفندق
لا انصح ابدا في هذا الفندق لكل شخص يهتم بالنظافة والرائحة
قمت باخبار الاستقبال عن هذه الرائحة ولكن لم يهتمون ويعتبرونها شيء عادي وروتيني وقد لايستطيعون العيش بدونها
