Central location and decor is very aesthetic!
Windows are old school paper thin and busy street noises including cars doing burnouts comes right through, which unfortunately made it very difficult to get a good nights rest while staying here. A noisy super drunk guest on top level left their door wide open, talking loudly in the common floor area and blasting music well past midnight which made the poor sound insulation even more noticeable.
The rooms would benefit with double layered curtains so windows can be opened for sunlight without neighbours looking right through.
Be wary of steep outdoor metal staircase if bringing luggage with you.

its a great spot, rooms are great
avoid saturday nights, the club underneath is very noisy if band is on, and many people come to party, or 'other' reasons on a weekend. I would only stay mid-week in quiet times.

The neon sign in bar 🍸 area. It couldn't be turned off.. too bright for sleeping 😴.
At midnight in the room next door there was a very loud argument between people.. went for 1 hour.
Just love the vibe of The Pink Hotel. Such a cool place to stay, with great live music at Eddie's Grub House downstairs. Perfect weekend away.

Superb property right at the waters edge. Very clean room with all amenities catered for. Thoughtfully furnished and comfortably appointed. Samara was amazing at the front desk and made the experience somewhere I would definitely rebook.
Shower recess overflowed into bathroom.
