Very cheap for the location, but you get what you pay for. Don't expect a good nights sleep.
Pros:

Location and roof top are the best things about this hotel

Cons:

Very difficult to sleep as you can hear everything that happens outside, including people going up and down the stairs. The curtains do practically nothing to make the room dark. The shower floods the bathroom no matter what.
